The young lady at the counter was kind and the inside of the main play area was clean. I gave it 2 stars because those two things aren’t enough to justify more stars. First, a majority of the games played were broken and there wasn’t a sign, so it just took your points. And because they use a card now, it’s harder to know if it actually stole your points if it’s broken. Second reason is because it’s wayyyyyy too overpriced. I bought wings and the wings were 16.49. Not too bad for a small basket? WRONG!!!!!!! I included a picture of the basket. And sadly, it was not flavored properly nor was it that good either.😭😕 Also, the person inside of the Chuck E Mouse outfit was OVER It! He/She kept pushing the children away. It was sad. With all of that, seriously, it’s better to go to their counterpart, Peter Piper Pizza. The food is better, everything is better priced and the games are better and more inclusive for the parents as well! Sorry but Chuck E Cheese now seems like they gave up and now sits as a run down, boot leg version of their probable main money maker Peter Piper. Also they ask a “per person amount” it’s a joke. What to know how much it’ll actually cost? For 1 parent taking 1 child that plays for 30 mins it was almost 65 dollars. I bought 30 points, a small basket of wings, 2 cotton candy, 1 small pepperoni pizza and two drinks.

Our daughter loves this spot, so much so that we got the annual gold pass. Food is always good (for a place like this), though last time we waited way too long to order and get our food (almost 90 minutes all together). Many games not working properly, but my two biggest issues…. 1. The up charge to use the jungle gym and trampoline zone. It is ridiculous that it is not included in the annual pass (I was told it was but I was told in a later visit that they meant it was included as in covered by the discount… BS if you ask me). 2. And this one will turn your stomach… My wife has complained repeatedly about the women’s restroom cleanliness. Then yesterday I noticed this… have you seen the videos of when people service these ice machines and tell you “never drink ice out of them”?. Welp, of the shoot where the ice comes out of looks like this, what do you guys think the inside of the machines look like….

Took the kiddos there for a spring break dinner and a bit disappointed.A bit overpriced for what you get,but it is what it is. On a couple of instances when trying to ask a question we were ignored. When it was time for the kiddos to turn in their tickets they wanted a top,the attendant looked at my 8yr old nephew and told him "no and they were out" when asked why and I can clearly see it was full, she stated "they had to keep it full",I told her they shouldnt have prizes out if they arent going to give them to the kids. She then proceeded to tell me she would have to bend down to the bottom and get it... okay??!?! I took a picture of both of the cases, why couldnt they give a top out of the other side? For this being a kid friendly place I dont think it was kid friendly that night.

Worst experience ever! Wish I could give it 1 star but of course it won't let me. Do NOT go to this place if your wanting any type of good service or any type of service. Haven't been to this place in years but finally did after my new baby nieces were ready to visit this place and I couldn't believe what I was walking into to. First had to ask the 2 ladies working the front counter if we just go pass the check in and if they were going to stamp us or not. They both looked at us and said oh yes we need to stamp yall. Then they both walked off after stamping us nothing else was said we just stood there. Then I went to order our food stood there for good 5 minutes before 1 of them said hold on we are counting coins (after they were talking and laughing because they kept messing up) then waited 15 minutes because they couldn't count the money right 1 of them even pulled out their phone to add the money up one by one. Then they again mess up so one goes to get the manager who on the phone watching everything. I finally said to the other girl is there not a register open she said well what did you need. I looked at her and said well we did come to eat so I would think I'm here to order food and drinks. She said well I can't use register only she can so hold on. Then waiting another 10 minutes more people start to line up manager comes restarts register they both start recounting the same money once again. Then finally got to place my order after all of this they give me buzzer turns out doesn't work never got the food. One of the girls who couldn't work register came to find us to tell us food been at window for 20mins because they didn't register buzzer they gave me. But yet they both carried the cold pizzas to our table dropping one of them all over the table and off the pan apologized and walked off. Gave us a to go box that was a plate for salad because she was refilling napkins. Before we left another family was complaining they had the same exact service and gave us a number to report them. They were on the phone reporting the service they got. Definitely will never go to this place again. Please consider going elsewhere. 200 wasted...

This was absolutely not a pleasant chuck e cheese to visit. My little cousin's birthday party was thrown here, and both my aunt and uncle had to come to me to see if everything was correct. As a Team 2 party hostess at the other location, I found the party hosts here TERRIBLE! My cousin's party was given a new girl that's only been there for two days, in which usually for a trainee they need to shadow another party hostess until the birthday coordinator sees that they are PREPARED. The party hostess, Chasity, was not friendly at all; didn't show any sign of positivity towards the party parents, the guests, and the party kid. She kept neglecting the table for quite a while, and even off the clock and not at my location, I had to get myself up to get everyone's trash from their tables, because not once did she try to clean up. The party hosts are terrible at performing for the kids, and kept sitting on the stage, which is a big NO especially if they're doing so IN FRONT OF THE PARTIES! The employee dressed in chuck e for the parties was horrible, didn't even make a single move while performing for the birthday kids, so everyone was confused. I had to make sure that my aunt's bill wasn't screwed up for the most part, cause I absolutely didn't trust these hosts. I'm hoping they didn't tip their party hostess, cause she was the worst, and definitely needs more training than 2 days! Literally the only thing good were the pizzas and how clean everything else was. I wouldn't recommend parents booking their...

We decided to take our 4 kids to celebrate our 2 year old's birthday today after reading good reviews here. We havent been here in a few yrs and didnt knw abt points for the games, I asked the cashier Kat while ordering and she just said those are the prices and pointed to the board. I repeated myself slower nicer and still got directed to the board. She didnt give us a receipt to review the coupon we showed her and even the mgr gave me a hard time when i told him how rude she was and when he finally got our receipt it showed she charged us for stuff crust pizza $2 extra on 2 pizzas. I was surprised to say the least since we didnt order that and we didnt even get it in our pizzas. I went to tell her abt her error and she snapped and said well she repeated the order and shouldve heard her say that. I asked for my $4 back and she never gave me my money back, ruined my sons bday memories my older kids knew i was frustrated at this point. At least there was one young lady who helped us figure out the machines bc when all said and done we are there to enjoy his day. Im sorry I ever went to this location the cashier has been probably charging ppl without their consent as well as the mgr having her back bc all he could answer was that she was doing her job. Wow! As a former restaurant mgr myself this is as low as it gets. I'm completely shocked to say the least and would have this employee Kat reprimanded. (I gave her 3 chances before I went to speak w the mgr...
