Des is a master at what she does! Her lash work is so beautiful and flattering, and I love that she understands how to lash Asian eyes so that they don’t look too heavy or closed off. I cringe at the sight of caterpillar-looking lashes and she has never done me wrong even when I’ve gotten a fuller set between fills. Her volume sets still have a natural appearance with just the right amount of umph to give you that fun & flirty look! I always get so many compliments on my lashes even when I’m at the point where I need a fill. Pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny.

I’ve been to many lash artists prior to going to her and she is by far the best. The appearance of my lashes and my retention between fills have never been better. Not to mention she is super sweet and we always have the best conversations during our appts which makes the time go by so fast! 12/10 would recommend, I literally never miss an appt or take “breaks” because I simply don’t need to. My natural lashes are still healthy and continue to grow in normally without the use of any lash serums.

Pro tip: If you wear contacts like I do, I usually go to my appts without them in and wear my glasses instead. The lash glue in general that any artist uses tend to dry out contact lenses, and I find that it’s more comfortable to get lashed without them in. I’ll either wear my glasses for the rest of the day or put my contacts in if needed 15-30 mins after. Hydrating eye drops/artificial tears before and after help as well!

I also use her aftercare kit religiously which includes a her foaming lash cleanser (basically shampoo for your lashes) along with a cleansing brush, spoolie brush, squeeze squirt bottle for rinsing, mini fan, and a hair claw clip. It all comes in a cute little travel bag that makes it easy to pack when I’m on vacay too! I was referred to Des by my wedding MUA for a lash lift! This was my first time getting a lash lift done so I had zero knowledge going into it. As soon as I arrived to her studio, Des was so welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable. Her studio is decorated so beautifully! And it's located only minutes away from me and has plenty of parking which is a huge plus.

During the lash lift, it was great chatting with Des and she talked me through each step. The lash lift took about an hour long (even though if felt quicker!) and once it was done, my lashes were definitely lifted!! I have pretty straight lashes so it was amazing to see them with a curl.

It was when I put mascara on that I could really see the difference! I am OBSESSED with how my lashes look!! The lash lift gives my lashes so much length and volume—I can't believe they're my natural lashes!! It's giving falsies! It's been almost two weeks now and my lash lift is still holding strong. And I've been getting so many compliments!

Love, Love, Love! I have been going to Desiree for the last couple of years and I continue to be amazed every time I leave her studio! My go to is the Mega Volume Lash Extensions. I love the dramatic yet natural look they give my eyes and always receive so many compliments for the way they look and how long they last. Desiree is by far one of the best lash artist I have ever been to! Her studio is always clean and organized. I feel so comfortable when I walk in to her studio for a fill, so much so I occasionally take a nap while she is working. She provides excellent service and instruction for maintaining your lashes.
