We bought a house that had a dirt & dead lawn patch that turned into mud when it rained and flowed onto the sidewalk and street. We wanted to take care of it quickly before any major storms came through so I reached out to a few people on Yelp and Leon Design & Build was the first to respond.

Sean came over the next day for an in-person estimate and gave me options and pricing as well as his recommendation for what he would do. He was very professional and personable and I liked him right away. I did my due diligence though and got estimates from the other contractors that responded to my Yelp request. We went with Sean because his pricing was very reasonable, he had great reviews (and no complaints with the state license board unlike some of the others), and he was super communicative with me.

I am so happy we chose to go with Leon Design & Build! The whole process was enjoyable and easy. Sean bent over backwards to work within our fast timeline and rescheduled the job to better suit our needs, which is saying a lot since it was right before Christmas. He also went the extra mile to find and buy pavers that matched our pre-existing walkway pavers. His crew did a fantastic job with the installation, matching the slope of our walkway and driveway so everything is smooth and seamless.

We hired Shimon and Leon Design for a backyard project to demo old concrete and sandstone and replace it with aggregated concrete and flagstone.

The project didn't go perfectly at every step (and lets be honest they never do) but that I think is where you truly find out if you have a partner in this. During those times, Shimon made sure the job was always done right, and went above and beyond for us to make that happened. That tells me so much about someone's character, is how they show up in those moments. He showed up big, and consistently. He is a man with high integrity, and for us that is paramount when it comes to working with someone.

Our project has turned out beautiful and our backyard is a place that we feel proud to spend time in as a family and welcome friends and community over to experience with us.
