We had a great experience at the Jerome's Mission Valley Dream Shop with salesmen Jose Figueroa and Juan Valenzuela. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy. We actually upgraded to the Copper Estate II medium split East King. We bought sheets and mattress protectors. My wife and I comparison shopped at Mor, Mattress Firm, Sleep Number and Living Spaces. The feel of the Jerome's mattress and the quality made the decision easy. Jose even drove to our house with the velcro straps that the delivery company failed to provide. I use to get night sweats but with the copper mattress I haven't experienced one. The only drawback that spoiled the experience was the delivery. They dragged one of the mattresses and caused a hole in the top.The remotes did not work and the driver did not know how to program them. They took the torn mattress back and my wife and I had to sleep on an air mattress because they took our old bed. The next day they delivered a new mattress and a technician came that afternoon and programmed the remotes in 5 minutes. The driver on the original delivery took one of the receiving units off of the bed and left in on the floor. We have scheduled a technician to come out next week to reinstall it. It's a shame that a great sales experience was overshadowed by a bad delivery. We hope that this review finds it's way to upper management to make improvement in your delivery system. While the sales person, Jose, was very courteous, the mattress delivered to my home felt firm--not medium plush. It did not feel like a hybrid mattress at all. Jose said to wait for it to "break in." I've waited two months. It's still as hard as a rock. Jerome's will send a "technician" to see if there is any "defect," but unless THEY determine it is defective, you are out of luck. Nothing will be done for you. Customer service said, "We can't guarantee comfort. What is comfortable to you may not be comfortable to me, etc." Again, WARNING. PURCHASE your mattress SOMEWHERE ELSE, a company that actually provides some guarantee for comfort or dissatisfaction with the product if it does not meet your standards.
