I used to come here for almost a year now and I’ve had ok to great experience. I even recommend this place to my friends. However!!! This is my first time coming for this year and probably my last! I went in before my appointment yet they still took almost 40mns after. I didn’t leave because I’m already on my bed ready and they keep coming to me saying to wait for a little bit more. Worse part was the payment. I they told me they had a price increase which was ok fine till they asked me to tip $30?!?!?!? The manager told me they can’t afford rent and people tip them $30!! I’m sorry but since coming here for almost a year I’ve never been once forced to tip $30 not till today! And i said no to that and she said “ok how much do you want?” I said $15. She then told me “ No. took you long time” i said no? You guys started late. I came in for an hour and even patiently waited yet you want me to tip that much?? And she said not less than $20. Mind you… my appointment is at 9:00pm they didn’t start till almost 10! Of course its gonna end late! And now they want me to tip them $30 because it took a long time? No compensation from them being late and placed it on their customer’s responsibility to pay their rent by price increasing from $65 to $85 plus an ultimatum tip of $30????!!! I’m sorry but i went there to relaxed and im not paying that much when the service was not even great! I paid $85 plus $20 tip because she started giving me a face after I didn’t agree with $30 tip. I don’t know what happened to this place but it used to be my favorite massage place. Guess they just lost a customer! If you don’t believe me and want to risk it.. go ahead and see for yourself....

I came to this place a few weeks ago and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. My therapist was really really sweet but they did not work on the spots I specifically asked them to & it actually really hurt at times when she was massaging, which has never happened in other massages I have gotten. I left feeling more sore afterwards, which shouldn't have happened because I have gotten plenty of massages before. Also, since there are no walls between the other massage tables, it was very loud. I could hear the other therapists talking and the other clients in their treatments which made me a bit uncomfortable. The massage therapist I was with even left the session with me for about 10 minutes to take care of another client who had just walked in, where they were talking very loudly. It definitely took me out of a relaxed state and made the massage less enjoyable, especially since it made my massage that I paid for less time. I had my second massage here a few weeks ago. The first was exceptional. However, during my last massage, I was helped by a young lady whom I’d not met before. Within five minutes I knew she was new to massage. Although she was kind, her movements were uncertain and remedial. It was not the high quality I was accustomed to. More specifically, her stretching was great but her deep tissue massage was poor.

At one point, I heard her talk (non-English) to one of their seasoned masseuses on the other side of the curtain and she later came in to help. When she stepped in, my massage went to another level. It was great for the five minutes she was there! However, she was not able to stay but I know she was teaching the younger one while she was there. I should have had a discounted fee however, even after I provided feedback, I was not offered a discount.
