Moving into Strata a little over a year ago has truly been one of the best decisions my family and I have made. We recently renewed our lease for another year without hesitation, and that says a lot, not just about the building, but about the people who make this place feel like home.

From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Victor, in particular, brings such a positive and uplifting energy. He’s not only kind and funny but goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel seen and supported. Nicole and Jasmine have also been a breath of fresh air, always helpful, compassionate, and ready to assist whenever needed. It’s clear they truly care about the residents here.

What really makes Strata stand out is the sense of community. The thoughtful events organized to bring residents together aren’t just fun, they make you feel like you’re part of something special. It’s rare to find a place that puts so much heart into creating connection.

Maintenance is handled with efficiency and care, and security, especially Gio he does an outstanding job ensuring we feel safe and looked after. His attentiveness and presence bring a peace of mind that’s priceless, especially for families like mine.

rented for 6 months, broke the lease early. garbage was always in the elevator, garage floors and always overflowing in bins. air conditioning didn't work in hallway for 4 months. dog run always had poop especially throughout the weekends. couldn't open the door to the outside without hitting a person who was homeless feet. they claimed they were a concerierge building however after installing new security they said people at the desk would be doing security walks instead. on numerous occasions front desk people were sleeping in the backroom especially on the overnight shift. electric car charging, 1 of 4 chargers was down for 4 months, they keep allowing more ev s in however don't increase the number of chargers plus another resident unplugged my car and the building wouldn't say how they discussed this with the resident. lastly, they charged 500$ to paint the unit after i moved, i never hung a thing , i did leave a small bike tire mark on one wall. their billing department never showed me the work order nor the completion of the work. my advice is to stay away. Alex the front desk attendant is the only positive, greal listener. fact is its a very dirty place plus 500$ to paint the entire place is no small fee for leaving no damage or hanging anything up. they are reactive, very little to no pro-active operation, especially when the same issues are reported...

Living at Strata has been an absolute dream! From the moment I moved in, I knew I’d found the perfect spot. The layout of my apartment is super spacious—plenty of room to work from home, stretch out, and still have a cozy vibe.

The hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances really make the space feel modern and high-end. Plus, the open-concept design is perfect for those of us who need a bit more room to work and live comfortably.

I’m a dog owner, and I love how pet-friendly the building is. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, so I can easily take my dog on daily strolls or head out for a quick bite at one of the amazing spots nearby. And when it’s time to relax, the pool is my go-to. It’s a peaceful oasis right at home, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The location is unbeatable—restaurants, bars, and fun community events are all just outside my door. Go Padres! It’s the perfect balance of convenience and luxury.

Plus, the staff here truly make the difference! Jasmine, Nicole and Vic are always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents, which is something you don’t always get in a big city. Isabelle and Dora keep the lobby spotless and always say good morning-I feel right at home!
