came for pedicure after 7 long months and i was really excited thinking it would be what i was expecting.

the nail salon is super cute not your typical salon. i went to sit in the chair and it was so uncomfortable, where they have you place your feet, it was sliding the entire appointment. i truly thought some dead skin would come off if i did thee most expensive pedicure, the massage was really weak and 5 min, the sugar scrub wasn’t what i was expecting. when she went to scrub my dead skin off, nothing came off. she didn’t even go under my nail to clean or remove any dirt under the nail, i was so shocked. i was truly so disappointed in the service, it was not worth continuing or the $60 + tip. two stars bc the girl was so sweet, unbelievably sweet, tbh i think she was new to the field but i do think she needs to go a little harder on everything bc people are paying for a service and that’s usually how it is.

HOWEVER! The girl who did my pedicure doesn't know how to work with regular nail polish. My pedicure is completely ruined. I had to repaint my toes again just now!!! The layers were so thick that you could actually see them. Even the marks from my sheets, since she painted SO THICK. The shape is off.

Wow.. I want to support my community but not sloppy jobs. This is really unacceptable. The regular nail polish is the ABC of doing anything mani/pedi related. If you can't do this... then you should...

I visited this salon for the first time tonight and plan on returning. While my nails were done to my liking, my favorite part was how personable all technicians in the salon were. I could tell they had relationships with their clients. The wine was also a plus. Who does want great service, caring employees and a glass of wine? What a great environment. I highly recommend.
