I did it because of the Gram! IYKYK. I found the place - super easy to get to. I arrived early for my 1030a appt (today/Tues), secured a parking spot less than a block away and was able to extend my parking remotely using the parking app. Use the call box to enter, walk up to the 2nd floor (or take the elevator), and the suite is on the other side of the fire door (you can open it without sounding the alarm 😉) - you'll see the sign pointing you in the right direction.
I had A FANTASTIC experience. My nail tech was friendly, we talked and laughed the entire time. I will be seeing her again.
I got extensions w/gel and wow Wow WOW! I am impressed. My cuticles are perfect, nail shape & length are exactly what I wanted. I LOVE the color and most of all I love that everyone here is serious about their craft.
I am excited to see how these hold up...I am pretty hard on my hands/nails.
I've been getting Acrylics since I was 18... Fast forward to 47 and this is by far the best my nails have ever looked! You can see the damage to my nails after I took the Acrylics off before my appt. Oof... What I appreciate is how little filing was done to my bare nails.
The results look natural, perfectly shaped, not thick at all, not blocky or bulky... Just really natural.
Worth the price and the time.
And just get there a little early to find a parking spot and in case you have to wait to be buzzed in (I happened to arrive when the mail was being delivered... So I walked right in).
My expectations were to get an amazing set of gel nails done the right way - anything else beyond that was a bonus!
I noticed from reviews that conversations and/or positive interactions were at a minimum...my experience was different - but if it wasn't, I am OK if I don't talk at all during a beauty treatment if I am getting the results I want. That's what I'm paying for... Results. I have plenty of friends I can chat with haha! Also I just don't sweat the small stuff.
Give this...
Read moreTwo stars because my nails are pretty. As far as the rest… I had Asel as my nail artist. When clipping my cuticles, she repeatedly clipped live skin. I kept telling her she was hurting me, and she said I just had sensitive cuticles. Whether or not that is true, if you can feel pain, you’re clipping too deep. I even started bleeding from multiple fingers and she kept going. I can see the cuts in my skin. When I did start bleeding, she used the same wipe and repeatedly touched it to the bottle, touched droppers to my broken skin, etc. This is incredibly unsanitary and spreads bloodborne diseases. I showed her my two pointer fingers and said I wanted all my nails that shape. She immediately filed those two nails to skinny remnants of what they once were. At the end, she told me again I have sensitive cuticles and need to use oil. This appeared to be her absolving herself of guilt for not understanding how to properly trim cuticles without cutting into living skin. An hour later and my fingers are still stinging from where she cut me. I tipped because I felt uncomfortable and bad not tipping. Their tip options only allow 15%, 20%, or 30%, with no option for custom tip.
Update: they all started lifting from the free edge after two days. Every single one of my nail beds is scabbed and bloody.
Update 2: reached management and they declined refund, stating they offer a 7-day fix and follow proper sterilization protocols. They completely refuted my experience, ignoring the fact that causing physical injury can’t be fixed with a 7-day...

From the very first call, Lana was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She took her time explaining everything in detail and made the booking process effortless and welcoming — such a lovely first impression.
Asel was the nail artist who worked on me, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She was professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. I brought in an inspiration photo, and the result looked identical — if not even more beautiful. These nails were for my birthday, and Asel went above and beyond to help me select the perfect colors. Her precision, artistry, and attention to detail truly made the experience special.
Because I had previously gone somewhere that used a non-organic gel, I needed a DIP/Acrylics/GelX transition to Gel Overlay ($185) plus Nail Design ($20) — and Asel handled the entire process with such care and expertise.
The salon itself is stunning — clean, modern, and relaxing — and everyone I met was so kind and attentive. I’ve included photos of my nails (done by Asel) alongside my inspiration picture so you can see just how amazing her work is.
If you’re looking for a beautiful space, a professional team, and a nail artist who truly delivers perfection, ask for Asel — she’s...
