This is not the first time I have been in this store and I would say I had never encountered a problem until last weekend. I got out of work and I decided to shop for a makeup tool and sol de Janeiro lotion, I was wearing my work uniform which is a fast food restaurant nearby the store, and as I was browsing the store I felt I was being followed by a couple of employees and I felt harassed and profiled I saw employees talking on the walkies while I was browsing the store and same people discreetly following me around the store as I was checking out items, I didn’t know that I had to wear a specific attire to shop at your store or that just because I work a fast food uniform I automatically have no money to spend here and going to shop lift, I had work in retail so I know how this goes by, I used to buy all my beauty supplies from this store, I rather spend my money...

The esthetician at the Point Loma location is amazing, my skin has never felt better. I have scaring from cystic acne when I was younger and have felt embarrassed for 30 years. I have been seeing Jade for the last 6 months and because she really pays attention to how my skin reacts and her knowledge of different treatments, my scaring is almost non-existent. I stopped in to the store today because I needed to exchange a foundation that I had purchased during a sale last week. Not only did I feel comfortable walking in and exchanging my item I had 2 wonderful store assistant asked me if I needed help for a beauty care or redmen.
