I've ordered from this location more than once and I've ordered ahead on the app and I walk in and I stand there for a good 10 to 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I'm there but yet people walk in behind me walk up to the counter place their order and get their food before I'm even noticed that I'm there when I place an order ahead. That is completely unacceptable and very disrespectful. Maybe I'm not following what you're supposed to follow I don't know All I know is the sign says go over there if you have an order ahead so I go over there and stand and then yet people come in behind me haven't placed an order Walk up to the counter place their order pay and get their food when I'm done all of that and yet I'm still waiting to be acknowledged that I've already placed an order and that it should be ready that is not a way to run a business that is rude and it's unacceptable I guess I'm just going to have to start pushing my way through the line and say I've got an order waiting for me that's been paid for if I were you I'd be very careful of coming here because you may have to wait for a while before you're acknowledged when you've already...
Read moreBought 6 bagels, they were hard as rocks, called next morning offered to bring them to the manager, she said she would replace them, I went for the replacement and was treated as though I was trying to scam 6 free bagels! A tall male employee was very rude and loud saying we make our bagels fresh e ery day, so what was wrong with them? I explained to him the details and he got louder and louder saying that I was should know, I said I don't know how to make bsgels but something was wrong. I'm disabled and jt is hard to get around. The man continued to insult me and finally said if you want the bagels I will let you have them , I said keep your bagels and I left. After the manager called and said she didn't think his intentions were bad she said come in and I will give you some free items....like I will ever go back! I didn't do anything wrong. I have a small fortune in the bank I don't steal, lie, or cheat. I may sue that employee or Einstein Brothers. I have been going to that location since they opened, until recently due to a series of serious surgeries and life changing events. Zero stars...
Read moreThe review is low due to the customer service! The restaurant was packed and I was first in line when the second register opened. Literally in the middle of me stating my order the male worker talks over me to ask the woman at the other register if she has been helped. No "hold on one second" or "excuse me", just interrupted me as though I am not a paying customer. It was totally unnecessary and disrespectful because another worker was managing that register when he got there to help and he saw that! Furthermore, if he was so concerned he could have asked her before I started my order and interrupting me. Very passive aggressive and racist. Even my young kids noticed the difference in how we were treated. Thankfully another female worker, who was more respectful, came to take my order and it was a smooth experience from there.
