Your Razzmatazz smoothie that was made for me on this Halloween eve, was one of the best ones that I have had yet; this includes my comparison analysis of your Loma Square store, verses three others that I sometimes frequent. In fact, this is only my second visit to this particular Jamba Juice and if you continue to perform this well, you'll have me hooked ( I've been doing customer service surveys for decades and it usually takes me two reviews to come up with a score, which can be changed at my whim. You guys are the "smoothie kings" and so far no one has been able to best you however, each time that I walk into one of you stores, it's a different experience. Does that mean, " I'm experienced?" Your "classic smoothies" are simply awesome. I like the Razzmatazz, the Aloha Pineapple, and the Strawberry; along with an extra boost of soy protein power...it's good for a mellow boost ( You also have dairy base protein powder - my pseudonyms for these are "power." ). Your fruit bowls : the Acai Primo and the Mango Medley will certain tweek anyones taste buds and your prices vs quantity are a deal; so frikkin' cheap that I almost think that I'm actually stealing a free meal! Of course I'm kidding, as nothing in our world is free? You have fruit and veggie smoothies and speciality smoothies; the Peanut Butter Chocolate Love ( I'm dying to try one; my friend had one and it was "Luv At First Sight" ). One of the nights that we were there, three customers walked out with them, so they gotta be good. I thought that one of their names was "Johnny?" I'll bet you missed that one? Other speciality smoothies include the Protein Berry Workout, the Orange-C Booster and four to eight other total selections in each category. The all fruit and veggie juices included the Apple N' Greens, the Berry Upset ( "Yikes?" ) and I believe four delectable others however, I always have to check back for mistakes. Maybe next time I should grab a menu, because you also cater to parties. You have a nice selection of freshly squeezed juices -A strawberry whirl, mega mango and several others. The wheat grass, ginger shots - single and doubles - add that "healthy food flair" to your menu; made popular back in my generation. You know...like "hippies and long hair?" Then there's Pistachio Power and Pumpkin smoothies and you have a nice little selection of snacks too, as well as a Jamba Juice Kid's Menu. There are myriad other smoothies that fit in to each of your separate categories however, I usually surpass Google's Map Reviews character limit and time is money, or is it?¿ I really don't want to go back and edit this review; maybe...

Driver called to notify me that Jamba Juice had an issue with the oven and asked if I was ok with cooking an item myself, I said, no problem! That means it's gonna be hot and fresh :) I thought my order was missing the turmeric, lemon and cayenne shot but it was hidden in a cup of ice that I thought was supposed to be added to my smoothie lol. I'm awesome like that. The shot is DISGUSTING!! Though I'm FAIRLY certain it's supposed to taste this way ... Especially if you take a sip. Contemplating taking it as a shot (like you're supposed to) or putting it with some hot tea .... which might make it worse lol. The Peanut Butter and Banana smoothie is AMAZING and I can't stop drinking it. Didn't come with a straw but I luckily have some of my own. Cooked the Bacon Spinach Sandwich in my air fryer for a bit too long due to being occupied with making this post. However, the flavors are amazing. I love Jamba juice and may God bless the next customer because the (White guy - non racist because I’m a retired Marine) guy who made my smoothie was horrible even after I purchased another order and paid for another after he lacked attention to detail on the first order and had no care for my specific request as “the customer”. Paid for two smoothies walked out with ZERO!

Management should hire new personnel, train better or be available to handle what on site issues an employee can’t handle. Someone should have supervisor authority while the boss is out. Thank you for this experience it confirmed my ability to walk away and not allow someone to shatter my grieving peace for the day but all smoothies matters Sir some people have reasons for their request but thank God the waffle...
