like being lied to? If the answer is yes then come here. 3 different purchases were made and somehow we had an issue with all 3.. The first one was to buy a dresser and desk on Sunday; after purchase, we were told that the delivery person would contact and schedule by latest Tuesday. We did not hear back until Friday. Between those days, we followed up with the actual store only to be told to look back at the contract and it said 2-4 business days... First strike. Apparently we did not learn our lesson. Second purchase was for a mattress. This one took awhile to have in stock and today it was finally delivered. In store, we were told that the assembly price would be $20. Somehow the delivery person on the day of delivery said it is $75.... Communication between the Ana and the third party delivery vendor is a bit sketchy at this point. Third purchase was for another mattress which was suppose to be delivered with the second purchase. We only found out that the third purchase was cancelled on the day of delivery because it was not in stock... Between those 3 weeks there were ZERO communications about the order being cancelled... So, TLDR version: communication is a joke. What you are told in store vs. what will happen is the tale of 2 cities. It is a shame because the quality and price of the furniture here is actually...

He is in tune with latest trends and tastes so he can definitely guide you if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. He was patient and thorough in showing options that fit to your needs such as your room size, tv size, viewing distance, household size, etc. He does push you to put a deposit down but I understand that’s the nature of his job in sales.
I bought multiple big items: sofa, tv stand, dining table & chairs, and a dresser. They aren’t the highest quality items but for the price, I am satisfied with them. Beats out a lot of direct to consumer brands in terms of value. Not the most stylish but functional and comfortable.
The delivery was a great experience as well. The crew was careful with both the furniture and my home/ hardwood floors. They took off their shoes without asking and used a thick blanket of sorts...
Read moreOk so I bought my couch from Ana Furniture a month ago now and I have to say my whole sales experience was amazing given the Covid times. I didn’t even know this furniture store existed and was actually going to Room and Board in search a good sleeper sofa. I decided to check out Ana Furniture when I was wondering by and I am so glad I did. First off they did a great checked temperatures and sanitized. And then my sales guy, Benjamin helped find my sort through my options. Even did demonstrations of how everything worked. I took photos to remember. I thought about it for a week and called back Benjamin to see if it was still available. And he helped me complete my order over the phone and online. So easy and great customer service. I got a call the early following week for delivery and had my coach by Friday. So happy with it so comfortable and easy to clean material. And I tell this couch with be with me for a long time.
