I just had the best car buying experience at Ever.
I was looking for a very specific Polestar 2. I didn't really think to look anywhere other than the two Bay Area dealerships but after not finding what I was looking for a Google search showed me the expansive inventory at Ever.
They had my dream car with crazy low miles, and the price was INCREDIBLE. It was listed as "not yet ready for sale" but I sent in a "notify me when it's ready" email anyway.
Giorgi got back to me within minutes to let me know the car was there and I could come take a look ASAP.
I was quite impressed with Ever the moment I walked in the showroom. So many beautiful cars. A comfortable but not ostentatious warehouse. Just a nice vibe all around.
Giorgi had my car right up front to look at. I admit I was an easy sell—the car was exactly what I wanted and in pristine condition, but Giorgi treated me with respect and professionalism. I never felt any pressure or anything like I would have at a normal dealership. We took a quick test drive and I was sold.
Ever didn't want to let me have the car until they fixed a small imperfection on the hood ornament. I hadn't even noticed it. They replaced it with an entire new factory part and painted it to match. Such a classy and honest move.
This is not your typical car sales outfit. There's no back-room "closer" and no long waiting while they "run numbers" or whatever normal dealers do. I had already done my due diligence and the price was spot on. They don't haggle because they don't need to.
Later that day I had a quick scheduled call with Danielle who exceeded my expectations and was able to get me a better financing rate than I could get through my own Credit Union. That was a rather nice surprise. Everything was signed electronically and in short order.
The entire Ever team is just wonderful. Follow-through is a high priority for them. If they said they'd call or email me, they did. The company business model is customer-focused. The whole process was fast, easy, and no pressure. I couldn't be happier that I chose Ever!

Read moreI decided I was ready to get my first EV, but wasn't sure which one I wanted. Because each manufacturer has only one or two EV's in their lineup, I began to visit a lot of dealerships to try them all. I managed to figure out what I wanted, but was really worn out from all the sales pitches and pressure to buy new. I knew I wanted to buy used, but when salespeople at dealerships heard this, they weren't real interested in helping me anymore. I was reminded why I hate buying cars, and was tired and frustrated.
Not knowing all my options, I began to look at the online used car apps. Over and over, I saw listings posted by EverCars, and decided to visit their website and give them a call. I was pleased by the reasonable, no-haggle pricing, and was reassured by the CARFAX reports, and the Battery testing (this was one of my biggest concerns, knowing that battery health is really important when buying an EV). After calling and texting with Yevgeniy to ask a few questions, I decided to go in to see one of their cars.
I sure wish I'd gone straight to EverCars from the beginning. They have so many EVs all in one place so you can go from car to car to compare (and not from dealership to dealership). They have a wonderful little staff of knowledgeable salespeople who could have helped me select the right one for me from the get-go. I was totally tickled when I got there because their sales concept was so simple and transparent. Yevgeniy was super friendly, helpful, and kind. He helped answer all my questions about the car, and took me on a test drive. I realized that buying cars can actually be easy and fun! With zero pressure, I decided to buy the car, and it only took about 30 minutes. We used Docusign, and a couple other links by email. And that was it! I was reassured by the 7-day return policy, and was pleased to learn that they gave me a Level 1&2 charger to go with the car!

Read moreHad a fantastic buying experience at Ever replacing an existing EV with a newer one. Ever allows you to reserve a car for 24 hours for a private viewing with no commitment to purchase so you know when you show up the car will still be there for you to view. I reserved a XC40 Recharge for viewing Friday and when I showed up Saturday, they already had the car ready for a test drive. The sales person allowed me to adjust the test drive route so I could confirm the car was in good condition and my main concerns were met. I was allowed some additional time to view the car to ensure everything interior functioned as expected and did not feel rushed at all to make a decision. When it came time to talk about trade in and financing, Ever was able to offer me thousands more for my trade in compared to Carmax or local dealers which helped make the financing decision much easier. Financing did offer competitive rates relative to local credit unions or banks, so I felt the rate was reasonable for a 60 month loan. Ever is very transparent and there were no hidden fees of paint protection or GPS trackers or other markups found at traditional dealerships so I knew the OTD price would not change much when it came time to paperwork.
Ever handles all paperwork digitally so when it came time to processing all paperwork, I was able to do it from the comfort of my own home vs spending hours at a traditional dealership waiting around to be passed along to the next person. Ever finally was able to deliver me my new car and took my trade in from me at home which was incredibly convenient for me.
