Went in early on a Sunday morning with only one girl working the floor. First time patient with a California government Issued Medical Marijuana ID card. At checkout the employee was having problems entering in my Medical ID card, saying she didn't have authorization in the computer to do do. After a minute or two she then tells me that I don't get the Medical ID discount anyways bc the item I purchased was on promotion. I haven't had my MMID for very long (4-5 months ) but I told her that I'm not aware that that is true since I've not been told that with any other purchases I've made at any other dispensary. She insisted she was right and since there was no other employee working for her to ask I had no choice but to take her for her word. I could be wrong and if I am I will gladly correct my review, but the experience was quite frustrating and I didn't leave feeling confident in what she said and ultimately felt I was overcharged. Inthe future, I would hope that steps are taken to ensure employees working alone have full authorization nec in their PoS systems, employees are trained on MMID benefits, and that a more seasoned employee or manager is avail at least via phone when issues like...

Imagine my surprise when up in SF for business when I stumble across OTC's SF location!! Every time I've been up here, been overpaying for weed, finally, a shop who's prices have always been low and where I try to shop when I'm back at home.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves now, I told myself. Don't be setting these high expectations on the first date! But my concerns were squashed the moment I stepped into the lobby and realized they already had my info from shopping at their other location! It was as simple as getting a taco from a cart (but much more aesthetically pleasing) and the prices are ridiculously low! The service was stupendous and selection was amazing. I can say this confidently but this is hands down the best dispensary in SF that I have been to and now I feel much more at ease on where to shop when I'm in the area.

L was amazing! What a nice person. Love this bud tender! Very helpful in picking the correct products for me. Super educated on the products so I was thoroughly impressed. Friendliness is great with the staff in general. Amazing shop. Super bright and organized. Very different than many other dispensaries that I’ve visited. Very open store, so you can see the products more clearly and read what’s going on instead of squinting over the counter. Lots of street parking and they have a parking lot that you can park in as well. Tons of products and selections to choose from. I got to see and smells tons of different top shelf flower and was just having a stress free visit was refreshing. Again, ask for L.
