I think the place was so cute. My friends and I made 3 bracelets for an okay price, although I was a bit thrown off that it was all laborious and you just pay for it, all they do is give you the chain.

Besides that, the man in the store was just so strange. He would mansplain so much and was overall creepy. The place where you pick your charms has a low table and no chairs so I sat on my knees and he kept making comments about how I had "so much dedication being on your knees" and stared at me drinking a soda. Then comes back around to talk about me on my knees a second time. A third time he comes around, mind you, I have 2 other friends with me, and he brings a tiny stool saying I shouldn't have to be on my knees that long or it'll hurt, but not for my friends. He then starts being really weird at checkout and overall made our girls date really weird and uncomfortable. Cute charms, not worth the actual harassment...

This is an amazing find. I was walking along Fillmore street and saw a vibrant widow display. I looked through the window and saw so many unusual and colorful items. There was a necklace I was interested in so I went inside. The store is amazingly picturesque that I was in awe. The chandeliers were plentiful and seems to be one of a kind. As I walked through the store, I saw items from Italy, Africa, local artists, and other exotic places. The necklace I saw in the window was custom made. The sell beads and will teach you how to make/design jewelry. The owner (originally from Venice, Italy) and daughter welcome me with open arms and made me comfortable even though I did not purchase anything. They were friendly, courteous and patient. If you are in that part of the City, it's...

I LOVED LOVED this place when I stumbled across this shop with my friends! Not only do they have unique items but you can customize your own bracelets here for soo cheap! Sarah was super accommodating and making our experience super fun just for a girls night out in the bay, and I really want to come back and make a second bracelet with my other friends. If you’re in fillmore and have 15 extra minutes to spare, please slide by this shop because they actually have the cutest charms and high quality chains. I wanted to solder my bracelet to make it ‘permanent’ but ended up going for the clasp instead and will most likely come back to do the permanent one! 💖 Thank you Cottage Industry for hosting one of the best activity experiences I can do with my...
