Was recommended these guys from a couple of clients, and I have been beyond impressed with the service and the quality of the couch.

Dom and Julio went above and beyond to help us out with the process, they let us take home tons of samples to test out, made great recommendations for us (As we have cats) and were able to craft a couch based on our exact recommendations. Truly every step of the way was customizable and they were helpful throughout the entire process.

We received the new couch within 3 weeks of placing the order. I cannot express how much we absolutely love this couch, and what a major upgrade it has been over our 2 year old west elm couch that we outgrew super quickly.

Maybe the best part is that they ended up being CHEAPER than some of the non-customizable brands we were looking at. Knowing that they are a local business that is there to help with any needs is a major plus.

After going to over 15 furniture stores in the bay area, my wife and I went to Custom Sofa Co on a whim yesterday. This turned out to be the best decision ever. Dom was great at helping us select the perfect chaise/couch sectional to fit into our new home.

We were able to customize everything from the length of the couch, widths of the arms, leg style, and how firm we wanted the cushions. He also let us borrow a large sample of the material/color that we selected for our couch so we could confirm how the color would look in our home. In comparison to seeing so many other couch options at different larger stores, it was really gratifying to be able to get exactly what we both wanted in a couch while paying a very reasonable price considering how custom it was!

We can't wait for our new couch to arrive. Since their furniture is made here in California, it has a signifanctly shorter lead time in comparison to many other brands that offer ~custom couches.

It's a shame we only needed one couch for our home, otherwise we would totally buy a second couch from Custom...

Best Couch Ever!! I have lower back pain and I’ve had 4 different couches in ten years, each one never quite right and just not comfortable enough but thanks to Custom Sofa Co., we’ve finally have the best one. Every part of the couch was customizable. We picked the Telegraph design with Leslie linen fabric. We love the modern design and the fabric is incredibly cozy and soft but still sturdy and washable! Dom was so kind to let me borrow a ton of large fabric samples to take home which was amazing because it made it super quick and easy to pick a color and fabric that would be perfect for our apartment. It’s always so hard to imagine from a tiny square swatch. Our couch took only 4 weeks to arrive and we absolutely love it. I’m so happy we upgraded to the 15 year warranty foam too for only $500 more. Great price, great quality and fantastic...
