This review is for the ATMS NOT THE BRANCH! I have no experience with this branch or bankers. What is up with almost ALL of the major banks making it pretty much impossible to get cash out?! Unless you don't mind having to shell out these crazy astronomical fees (Aka NOBODY)!! As I just recently noticed not only does the machine its self charge you a fee...but then CHASE CHARGES YOU AS WELL! From what I remember a couple years ago you only got charged once and by the machines operator or whatever. This is so messed up and is making me consider using another bank or credit union that does charge me insane fees that add up to be quite a lot of money..which I don't have to be wasting and really messes my budget up. I try and plan ahead but you can't always be sure so whenever I need cash anytime after the bank is closed, I'm screwed. What's the point of having arms if they're only open during branch hours?!?! It's not fair the rest of us suffer cos some huge conglomerate bank got messed up by vandals or whom/whatever. They have enough money to be able to make their machines have better security so they don't get stolen from edt. Yet it seems to be the norm now for them to take this out on us by charging stupid fees and making people jump thru hoops to get OUR freaking money. Making me seriously considering who to bank with/trust my...
Read moreYou'd think with a LARGE amount of money deposited in this bank, that they'd have some respect for their customers. Such is not the case. Probably the worst banking experience I've had in quite a while. Only 2 tellers: one tied up with customer that doesn't understand what's being explained to them and the other handling all the other customers. Meanwhile employees sit around and fail to go help the line of customers: we're not important to them unless we're depositing money. After a lengthy wait, an attempt to get a roll of quarters failed because they didn't have any. A bank that doesn't have any money. Failure to serve your customer; failure to respect your customer; and failure overall as a banking institution. I'm ready to move my money to a...

Bank somewhere else. Your money will be worthless in the apocalypse Chase...
