The worst experience I’ve ever had!! Around one month ago I took my earring to this very store to have it repaired, they supposed to call me after two weeks. That never happened so I called the store myself to see if it was ready for pick up. Today I went there to pick up my item, after standing in a long line under the sun for a long time, a female employee who was working there, told the security guy to let a customer without an appointment in and not me for the commission!!The security guy was kind enough to call the manager to come and help me out but the young immature manager was very rude towards me. Terrible customer service!! Since when one should get an appointment to pick up something!! Besides, nobody ever called me to begin with! to let me know I should get an appointment for pick up. I am so disappointed at this very store and will never go back for any purchase in future. I do believe that the management should find a way to solve these kind of problems and train their staff more efficiently. TERRIBLE ...

I sent my BF to pick it up with the authorization form but since he didn’t have my physical ID he was un authorize to pick my shoes. so I went there physically to pick up my shoes but upon arrival I was told that my shoes had already been sent back to even though the store policy says that the merchandise would be held in the store for 14 days .it was only 10days but my shoes wasn’t there . Why would they send my shoes back before my 14 days or without giving my authorization. Now I had to try to Contact the customer service but they’re close. For being such a high end boutique it’s sucks that they can’t afford a 24 hr customer service. The first day we walk In in the store about 2 weeks ago. All of the staff look grumpy and had attitudes. Very poor customer service when I ask if my shoes had arrived the first time they simply said if you didn’t get an email then, They’re not here. We have shoes here too...
Read moreI bought a pair of earrings at this store yesterday. When I looked at the earrings at store, one of the earrings was broken. Because I really like the style so I told the SA that I would buy these but just gave me a new pair. The SA saw the broken part and said ok. But today I unwrapped the box and found the earring I got was literally the broken one I pointed out at store. This is ridiculous and extremely disrespectful!!!!!!!!! Also, FYI, the store does not receive any return or exchange, even for store credit for their fashion jewelry because they believe you can make the decision when you see the real products. But you can return any order online for free because you are not able to try it until you get it. So don’t waste your time shopping at this awful store. If you really want something, shop online :)) I have been a Dior customer for seven years but now I think I should spend my money on something else:) thank you SF...
