I Love SF — Local services in San Francisco

My husband and I were racially profiled , discriminated, accused of stealing and embarrassed here. We came with our family last night July 4th. My husband forgot a jacket and it got chilly at night so we went to buy a sweater and a key chain . Our 3yo son wanted a key chain . My husband purchased a sweater and the key chain for our son. He walked to the front waited in line and paid with a hundred dollar bill.

My family was watched , harassed and followed while shopping in the store . I was personally followed out the store as i was exiting and was asked if we were sure we paid for our items by the store manager Alejendro . I asked him why he would ask us that right after my husband paid for our items.He said “because I can). Im disgusted and will be reporting to corporate.

Update:

Alejendro reached back out to me and mentioned a store policy about requiring checks in hand when customers walk out without shopping bags. My husband had his check in hand as you can see in the pic i provided. So why were we targeted?

I requested to see the store policy in writing and Alejandro would not provide it to me.

Instead Alejandro referred me to their company attorney, (instead of corporate or his direct supervisor like i asked). The company attorney also would not provide the store policy to me . The attorney offered me an apology and a gift card for their store for my family’s triggering experience. This is so insensitive and insulting and i will be following up on this matter.

I would never buy support or wear any merchandise from this store. Shame on this...

I purchased the SF College Hoodie on 8/30 when i was up in Sausalito with family. Figured this would be a good gift to bring home to the wife. We decided to wash it before wearing it, washed it cold water, delicate, and every single letter came off in the wash.

I attempted to call the store and was provided two numbers to call the manager and both lines with disconnected. No resolution to the issue so I'd like to make the store aware to not sell this particular hoodie. Any assistance on a refund would be phenomenal because it was a cute and...
