Jane's Barber Studio — Local services in San Francisco

I've come out of review retirement just for Jane, who is absolutely exceptional. Hear me out: after months without a cut, I looked like I would never date again. It was time for a sweet fade, yes, but being in San Francisco meant I had to take a chance on a new barber. Moreover, I spent about two hours searching G-Maps (with a little help from wine) for the right barber. Most of them gave me the impression that they would give me the "Forrest Gump" if I asked for a high fade with a nice, short but very choppy top. And with these San Fran prices, folks, I was determined to spend wisely.

Then I stumbled upon Jane. Turns out, she was close by and adjacent to my favorite place in the city (Chinatown). I looked at the photos and took note of a nice clean shop. Check. Then I read the reviews from other gents like myself. Sold.

In short, the experience was everything one hopes when searching through Google Maps. Jane was jovial, professional, and thorough. She took the time to ask the right questions and to make suggestions - such as noticing that one of my eyebrows looked a little too caveman-ish (my words, not hers). In the end, I left truly feeling like I had just experienced the best haircut of my life, folks. That is all. Thanks...

Jane is a fantastic hair stylist, and I am extremely excited that she has reopened her studio in the city! Jane has a great sense for what look will be best, gives high quality, consistent cuts, and makes sure that you are completely satisfied with your hair cut. Best of all, Jane is always smiling, is a great conversationalist, and manages to brighten my day each time I visit. In addition, she is very responsive and reliable, which makes booking an appointment a cinch. I highly recommend Jane's Barber Studio - you will not find a better haircut...
