Owner, from the beginning, I just wanted to give some honest feedback to help improve things. All I was hoping for was a simple apology for the bad experience I had in your store and some acknowledgment of that. ( Something very simple)

I never meant to harm your business. But instead of understanding, I received more negative comments and what seemed like wild theories. Now, I understand that, unfortunately, an apology may never come from you.

As someone who tries to keep things peaceful, it’s tough to see these hostile exchanges. I honestly don't understand why there's so much hate. Rigth now I just truly wish you peace and more love in your life.

Sir or Madam with all due respect, I want to assure you that I have no reason to be dishonest. I believe I have always treated you and your staff with respect, and I have not given you any reason to respond to me in a disrespectful manner, both in person and online. Just clarifying, I have no issue paying the card fee. However, I honestly did not feel comfortable with the way I was treated at the store. This is why I am providing the review. My sincere intention is to see improvements made in how customers are treated in the future, as my experience was quite disheartening. From what I saw in some of your Yelp reviews, I wasn't the only one.

On June 4, 2024, I had a terrible experience at this grocery store. First, the cashier tried to overcharge me for a product but corrected it when another customer pointed it out. Then, when I questioned the high total, I was informed in a very rude manner that there is a card fee for transactions below a certain amount. Awesome deli/convenient store. I moved into the area a few months ago and I've been frequenting the store for their $7.99 sandwich deal. It comes with chips and a can of soda, where else can you get that! The sandwiches are always great, I always go with the dutch crunch bread. They have a great selection of general items as well and the prices are very fair. I usually don't like shopping at stores like Safeway if I can avoid it since it can be a hassle. I was visiting SF from LA and was staying in the area. I was attracted to this corner store because of their neon sign reading " 7.99 Sandwich Special".
