I ordered the ECO mattress and the customer service is the worst I've seen of any company I've ever bought products from in my half century of being alive. The only company I've ever bought something from who takes my money, $2,000 of it but then doesn't ever deliver the product and doesn't answer a single one of the 20 emails I've sent to them over the last three weeks trying to find out where my damn mattress is!!!!!!!!!! There is literally no way to get in touch with ANYONE at the company to inquire about deliveries, there is no phone number, no online chat, not even the massively irritating chat bots, absolutely nothing!! The only option to communicate with customer service is via emails and like I noted above, three weeks and not a single damn response. I've purchased well over $3,000 worth of bedding from this company in the past but if my mattress EVER shows up I doubt I will ever buy anything from them again. Like what kind of company does that? Avoid this company like the plague, the only products I would recommend buying are those you can pay for in an actual store and walk out with your merchandise otherwise you may never receive it. Forgot to add the product shipped with no tracking number at all, what the hell even is that? What products ship with no tracking number? This has gotta be the only thing I've ever ordered with no tracking number, how can you ever tell if something was delivered or not??!!
FYI, follow up when you order a mattress that has had all of the problems noted above this is what it looks like when it's delivered, their most expensive product is shipped like this??!! Really?? When calling this store to order for pick up, the line leads to voicemail many times. After leaving a voicemail, no one returned my call. I had to call back again to resolve my issues. During their half yearly sale, i called to place a pick up order and the sales associate was not honest. She stated a different price than the online sales price. She said she was not going to honor the price of the sale unless I had a booking in store to view the products.
