If i could post this review with absolutely no stars i would!! This boutique is the worst and if you’re considering repairs you definitely should look into another location or sending it in yourself. I dropped my bag off at this location September 16th 2021 in its original box and bag (with proof of purchase)for repairs to the seam of my leather on the outside of my bag. October 23’ 2021 i received an email from the store saying they couldn’t complete my repair request without proof of purchase (extremely weird considering i provided Sabrina with all that info at the time of drop-off) A day later they respond saying they located proof of purchase and they’d be sending my bag out for repairs. On February 18’ 2022 i received an email my repairs were completed, I responded and informed them to mail the bag back to me. I received my bag back February 28’ 2022 originally when i received a blackout box with black tape it raised a red flag but i didn’t want to think too much of it because again i dropped my bag off in its original bag and box. BOY was I wrong, upon opening the blacked out, duct taped boxed i discovered it was missing its original box so i contacted the store. After i expressed my concern they started to play phone games so i sent an email. March 1’ 2022 I contacted YSL customer service line in New York to get in contact with the boutique to address my concerns. Later that evening i spoke to the store manager Stanley Chin. he tried to reassure me and confirm they’d be getting my box to me however after talking with him I discovered my bag was in their care for over 5 months only to not have the repairs completed AT ALL. After further inspecting my bag and reviewing the photos management sent over, I noticed my bag was still in its same condition from when i dropped it off. After an experience like this if you feel you could trust them to complete your repairs more power to you but let me just say, do business with this boutique at your own risks. I attached photos to show this is the condition i received my...
Read moreGreat experience! I was scared because: I had never been to a designer boutique IRL. My experiences shopping are mostly online I'm young, not a local, english isn't my first language and I'm not particularly wealthy.
But I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff here was welcoming and friendly. I entered to admire the boots, and this woman asked me if I wanted to try them on. She let me try lots of pairs and, even though I had no intention of buying one of them, I also could try on the L01 leather jacket, my grail. It was so cool to see this stuff in person and not just on ebay/grailed, and I'm really grateful to have been able to feel it. I'm definitely buying my boots here on Black Friday.
If you are here please ask for Debby Palomo, she's really nice, non-judgemental and down to earth, not snobby at all like you would think the brand that dresses Hollywood...
