I got a few offers over the phone from buyers in the bay area and I called SF diamond buyers and made an appointment with Willis's assistant, Nancy over the phone. She was really helpful! Gave me detailed directions to the location and explained to me where their parking spaces were (parking is painful sometimes in the area).
