Update: After what was supposed to be 2 weeks, now almost 6 weeks I finally received the pendant I ordered.
October 18th, I visited the store in person bought a necklace and 2 pendants. One of the pendants had to be ordered. I was quoted 2 weeks.
November 7th, after not receiving any responses to my phone calls or emails asking for a tracking number or the status of my order I reached out to Pier39. I later received an apologetic phone call from Robert saying that due to the price of gold he had not been able to order or obtain the pendant. He said it would be 10 days.
November 19th, I attempted to contact Robert again. He eventually returned my phone call and said he would send it out by Tuesday the following week.
November 25th I received the pendant.
For posterity, the initial review I left in an attempt to be resourceful in reaching out to Robert.
"Robert I have tried contacting you via phone and email and you have not responded. I am concerned I may never get the pendant that I paid for that you promised would be shipped in 2 weeks. You have my contact information please call."
