They were nice and allow walk in but I got my nails done on sat by Monday the paint already off 4 nails 2 on each hand . Unfortunately they don't do acrylic it only mani and pedis . Which makes sense for the turn over rate for walk in . But if I'm paying 30 n up to paint my nails I except it to last at least over a week right ? Has anyone else had this issue . Won't be back unfortunately. And yes I sat in the seat for 15 mins drying my manicure because it was busy they forgot about me and my friend we had to take off the dryers our selfs . Unfortunately since they don't apply enough coating to protect the nails I'll look for another salon . Just move back to SF and unfortunately the nail salon i used to go had shut down . If you're in hurry and don't want the paint to last long this is your best bet . But if you want quality and last 2 weeks this is not for you . And no I didn't damage it myself I'm 9 1/2 months Prego and not working at this time this is from not enough paint and proper coating to protect it

I recently visited House of Nails in San Francisco for a pedicure, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The salon has a modern, clean, and inviting atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The pedicure itself was top-notch. They used high-quality products, and I could tell the technician was experienced and meticulous. My feet felt amazing afterward – soft, refreshed, and perfectly polished. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing ambiance. If you’re in the area and looking for a great nail salon, I highly recommend House of Nails. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices, and the service is excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would, but I want to start by saying I have never written a review for a company, but this one I felt was absolutely necessary. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a nail salon than I did here, and I have been to several. I walked in by saying I wanted a simple gel color on my nails- I said I did not want any designs, manicure, or pedicure. To be clear, I had dip powder on my nails at the time. The lady began trying to take off the dip powder on my nails by PEELING IT OFF and ripping several of my nails. I asked her to stop and that it was very painful and requested her to soak my nails in nail polish remover instead, but she did not listen to me and continued to rip my nails off. I eventually got so upset- visually too- and she said “why u scared” I said “I’m not scared. IT HURTS.” The pain was so unbearable and by the time she finally began to wrap my nails, I had little “nails” to even be wrapped because they were so brittle and stripped away. Anyways, the lady went through with my nail color I requested, but what I was left with was nails that bend and are so flimsy with anything I touch- I know cringe!!! When checking out, she charged me $55 or so when all I asked for was gel color. On the sign outside, it said $40 for a gel manicure so I am baffled at why I was charged $55 for just gel color with no manicure. Please do not waste your time/money here and go...

Unfortunately, some of their employees steal and the management does not discourage this.

I walked into the office with a gorgeous ring with a big size rock on it. Take off the ring right before they start doing my hands and place it on the table of the seat next to me. Walk out without the ring.

I call them twice and come back to look for it an hour later. They tell me that it is my fault that I probably left it somewhere and that they did not see me wearing a ring at all.

Literally on my last follow up I asked to speak to the owner and the manager just hung up on me. Did not offer to look at the camera or anything or check their employees. And this is not just ANY ring, this is a pretty expensive item bought over from overseas.

This has never happened to me in a saloon before. Walk in with a ring and walk out without. Shame on the person who did this and SHAME on the Manager who was unempathetic and just plain...
