Horrible, rude, unoccomodating, and put my two parties in completely different rooms. And by different I mean one was twice the size of the other (which was the original booked size) which didn't allow us to have the space for everyone coming to sleep. When we requested a different room they were going to charge an additional 200$ for the upgrade (which we originally first purchased)
Ruined our trip. We had to put 3 people in a 9x9ft room which didn't even have space for a layaway bed. Meaning someone had to sleep on the floor... and by floor I mean the closet.
To be fair they said that they didn't have the right sized room and that they could put us in the other room free of charge the second night...
THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Came up and was greeted by an attendent with a snarky attitude whom said if we checked out before 11 then we could have had the option to do that but now that the housecleaning had left they couldn't give us another room...... great, though the attendent said we could anytime tomorrow. Didn't say anything about what time we had to be out of our micro sized room. I mean we came here for business and they made our friend sleep on the floor, couldn't even cancel the reservation, plus there was no space for a cot. Stay away, the pictures are not of the room you'll actually be getting.
Such a rip off! The AC unit wouldn't even cool the room down where it stayed humid all mid day.
Also the parking situation is awful so don't bring anything besides a compact. I'd never personally wish this situation upon anyone so don't book unless you're a couple who wants to have a maximum of 2 1/2 ft of space to do anything in your room... the bed was uncomfortable with small cheap pillows. Not to mention the electrical plugs were loose and my charger would keep falling out.
I've never paid so much for such a mediocre space.
These guys literally ruined our beautiful trip. Paid them over 600$ for two nights. Couldn't even be nice to me and my friends too.
On the plus side the attendent gave me a disposable comb. Thanks!
Will check the bill when I checkout to see if they...
Read moreThis hotel either takes property left behind, or they do not wash the sheets.
I enjoyed the room and the stay, it was after I left that things turned sour. Upon arriving home I realized I had left my white t-shirt in the hotel bed. I'll spare the details but know it was nice enough to want it back. First I called on Monday, the day after I left the hotel. The man I spoke to said he would call me back after he had asked the maid staff because there was no lost and found. He did not call back. Then I called Friday, a week after I checked in. I was once again told to wait as they talked to the maid staff, I had them write down my number and asked them to call me. They did not call. Today I called for the third time, they again said they would ask the maid staff and call me back. I told them I had heard that two times prior and they just repeated they would ask the maid staff. Knowing for a fact I left my shirt there has led me to 2 possible conclusions 1: someone from the staff just took the shirt and that's that, maybe that's my punishment for forgetting it. 2: It's a white t-shirt, it blended in enough with the white bed spread for me to misplace it, maybe nobody has found it because they don't clean and replace the sheets and it is still in the bed! (Or was) If you took the dirty sheets off, put on new clean ones and made the bed, you would have uncovered my t-shirt and that's that. If you just remade the bed after I left, leaving dirty sheets and blankets on, the white t-shirt would've stayed in the bed to be discovered by another guest, who might have complained or might have thought nothing of it.
Either way it's a grisly tale of woe. I would recommend not leaving your white...
Read moreTo be fair, this property gets a star (but just one) for being in a good location and being able to park your car right there at no additional cost. However, these perks are not worth it when you consider all you have to endure. Upon entering the room we were assaulted by a strong mildewy odor covered by a powerfully-smelling disinfectant. The sheets were thin and gray, and the only other thing on the bed was an extremely thin old blanket (no bedspread). The mattress was well beyond time for replacement-- very uncomfortable. The little pillows smelled so badly we covered them with our T-shirts. There was no water pressure in the shower; in fact, I didn't even bother because it obviously would take forever to rinse my hair. The carpet was sticky and needed to be replaced-- one area even had tape over it. It was that kind of filth where you have to wear shoes on it, and your shoes make a sound like you're walking on sticky tape with every step. The furniture was very old, dirty, and in disrepair (broken parts). The chair was especially gross because it was covered in filthy, sticky fabric. The clientele did not appear to be vacationers/travelers, or let's just say they were traveling in a different realm, many of whom kept nocturnal hours. The noise level, all night long, was intolerable-- whether through the walls from the next room or from the outside where the exterior walkways were alive with activity. The staff at the desk were indifferent to our concerns. Overall, this place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. When you get a deal in San Francisco at such a cost, this should...
