Delivered to different house. Called and let them know. They weren’t very apologetic at first. Person let me know “the bosses” will call me tonight and the next day to let me know where delivery person left flowers… like why won’t you try to do something today or now. Maybe try to figure something and be a bit helpful. I called again and let them know it was really different house, then I guess they did some research and found out their driver made a mistake. This is the first time I've ever ordered flowers from a website and had them show up looking even better than the picture on the site. I am extremely happy with not only the product but the service that I got from Polk Street Florist. I would definitely use them again, I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to send somebody flowers in the San Francisco area.

I placed my order over the weekend from the East Coast I noticed I neglected to put the recipient's apt. number. When I called to correct my mistake the women I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful I also told them if when I asked for delivery wasn't convenient for them they could deliver when it was. They said today I said sure. I got a call about half an hour later saying the most beautiful arrangement of Christmas Orchid had been delivered. Couldn't be happier.
