We wouldn't consider buying/selling a home in the Bay Area with any agent other than Andrea. Full stop. A number of times throughout our homebuying process her skills and experience were put to the test (mostly by our challenging lender and the start of a global pandemic), and every time she proved to be the best agent out there. We're confident that with another agent, we would have had to switch lenders (which would have meant giving up our fantastic terms) and we certainly wouldn't have closed escrow on time.

An overview of Andrea's best qualities: Dedicated and caring: She took so much time to get to know us, what we were looking for, what we prioritized, etc. She even took the time to do a "due diligence exercise" where we did a faux offer: she walked through every single document provided for a property and we went through the motions of putting in an offer, that way when we found a property we really did want to put an offer on, we understood all the documentation, all the trade offs, and felt comfortable. She earned our trust within two conversations in the way she explained the process but also the way she works.

Responsive and dependable: I think her average response time to every text and email we sent throughout the entire four-month process was ~2 minutes. I can't express just how valuable this is in an agent, especially during offer day and during escrow. There wasn't one moment that we had to remind her to do something, send a gentle reminder, or worry that she wouldn't do something on our behalf. She was just on it. Every single day. And when COVID-19 ramped up the week our offer was accepted, she immediately communicated how she would keep everything on track.

Knowledgeable: A number of times throughout the escrow process, she knew more about the requirements/documentation needed/process than our senior loan office. Additionally, as first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. We could ask her anything and everything and she'd quickly assist. There's really no way that navigating the home buying process for the first time could have been better with any other agent.

Thorough and detail-oriented: Andrea reviews everything line by line, and will do so with you too if you'd like. She caught even the smallest details in other agents' property documentation and didn't hesitate to reach out for clarification on our behalf just to be sure we had all the information. Nothing falls through the cracks with her.

Skilled at negotiating: We got our dream home and beat out multiple cash offers by only a couple thousand dollars - the ideal scenario. Andrea advised us to perfection to make sure we were competitive in our offer in the SF market without paying more than we needed. And always in a way that was on our terms - she never added pressure and always understood what we needed from her.

Respected: It's worth noting that when every selling agent we met at open houses asked who we were represented by, almost every single one knew Andrea and said something along the lines of "you're in great hands with her." That kind of rapport and reputation is worth its weight in gold! We had a brutal customer experience with our lender (we stuck with them because of the fantastic terms), but there were a few moments where they almost fell through and Andrea had lenders waiting in the wings, ready to pick up our loan and approve in under a week so we could close on time in a worst case scenario.

We could write a novel about just how amazing Andrea is as an agent, but hopefully this captures most of it! We can't recommend her enough for any buyer/seller, and if you're a first-time homebuyer, definitely look no further - Andrea is the best...

Andrea and her team came highly recommended from a friend in the neighborhood, who insisted we reach out to her when we were considering selling our condo. Our family was growing (1 toddler+1 on the way) and we quickly outgrew our small condo. With an unpredictable market due to COVID we were nervous to sell, but Andrea's expertise helped us take the next step to list it. We were not in SF at the time, and her hands on approach made the process seamless. She helped with staging, repairs and connected us to all the right people to get things in motion. Ultimately we got the condo on the market in 2 weeks! Her communication skills throughout the whole selling process were impeccable. She kept us in the loop about all details and advised us on matters we were not knowledgeable about. She made it a point to be available to help with any questions or doubts along the way.

After the sale we thought we would be able to wait 6 months to buy a new place and were living with family.
