I have been seeing Erin for over 12 years. It started with a 40th birthday gift to myself to have laser hair removal (full bikini). I go back about once a year for maintenance. In the interim we went on to do some IPL treatments on my face that have ALWAYS made such a difference in my complexion. By far, Erin is the most knowledgeable and gentle person/practitioner I've been to as a patient. Besides feeling like an old friend she's always soothing to my anxiety with her very calm demeanor. I have major anxiety about various things and she has always just let me be me and helped with giving me options, knowledge and full preparation for what to expect. I highly recommend this Spa for their expertise and great customer service. Also, Amanda, who has always helped me schedule with Erin and helped with skin care products is awesome. I have been debating and researching laser hair removal for some time. Urban Allure posted a Groupon and after reading the high reviews, I took a chance.

I've received all four laser treatments included in my (amazingly cheap) package and was really happy with the results. Plus, as others have stated, once you complete your package you can go for maintenance sessions for $50! So cheap! The office and treatment rooms are clean and comfortable.

Emily, the RN, and the woman at the front are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They put me at ease before going under the laser! Appointments are readily available during my lunch hour. I've also asked other skin-related questions and Emily was a great help and even offered samples of things I could try.

Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Urban Allure to anyone looking for laser...

The best place and the only place I would ever get laser hair removal. Erin has been my mom and I is laser hair removal RN since day one. She's gentle, respectfu,l super sweet lady, explains everything thoroughly, easy to communicate with, and makes my mom and I feel comfortable and valued everytime. We've tried many other laser hair removal treatment places spent thousands of dollars down the drain. But its just something so different about this hidden gem in the heart of San Francisco their top notch device/technology they use this place is amazing with amazing staff. Urban Allure is on a different level, totally worth the investment on onesself helped me regain my self confidence back coping with pcos . After just a few treatments I've noticed a huge difference with my hairs becoming lighter and less hair growth everytime, we hardly have to go for treatments now...
