I was swindled into going here by looking at TikTok. My friends and i went here wanting to make some cute jewelry and get it back same day. I was very disappointed. After asking the young lady (with piercings) how everything worked, we shopped around for an hour getting our beads and charms. Once we were done we went to the same young lady and she told us that they did not accept card- since their machine was down and the ATM was not working. We were frustrated because she didn’t tell us that when we spoke to her before, nor did she say anything while we were shopping for the hr. I started to make a mini scene and this older woman came from making the jewelry and was able to fix the machine for us to use the card. The young lady had a major attitude and when asked what was wrong with her, she said she had a migraine and was supposed to have left already- but had to stay because they were busy. When ringing me up she did not know the price of any of the charms and had to keep interrupting the older woman who was making jewelry. There are no prices on a lot of the items so beware. My friend tried to pay for her items and the card machine went down after she tapped. The charge went through to her bank but the shop wanted her to swipe again. My friend was so fed up due to the countless hrs we were in there, she decided not to get anything and had to call her bank to decline the charge. I was told it would take 2hrs to make my necklace and waist beads since there were others in front of me. I gave my number and was expecting to get a text but never did. I came back after the 2 hrs and they didn’t even start making it. The older woman was there and she said that the younger girl didn’t put anything in order before she left. I reviewed my items again and there were several charms missing that the younger girl didn’t put into my items. The older woman was very understanding and apologetic as she made my pieces ( had to wait 2.5 hrs for her to make it). The jewelry came out very nice but it was not worth all the stress and time spent there (...
Read moreA group of three of us walked into this store on Friday night to make our own charm bracelets. We were quickly notified that our bracelets wouldn’t be able to be picked up the same night as they wouldn’t be able to finish them in time. This was totally fine with us as they said they would make them first thing in the morning. They took our cell phone numbers and promised a text when they were ready. We never received any texts, so we called multiple times: no answer. We arrived at 5pm the next day, Saturday. Our bracelets had not been worked on at all. They did not attempt to communicate with any of us. They said they were sorry for the miscommunication and that they would put our bracelets at the back of the line to complete. When we mentioned a dinner reservation that we had in an hour, they could not care less. They said it should take around an hour to complete and rudely told us not to come back until we received a text. After an hour and a half, we returned. Only one bracelet was complete and we waited in store for the other two. We missed our dinner reservation, and the staff did nothing to fix the problem they had created. I would never return and would highly recommend a different shop to create...
Read moreThis was good to experience. It’s a very popular place, so they were very busy when I visited. When I was able to get with an associate, she helped me arrange the charms on my anklet & told me I’d have to come back the next day because they were backed up with orders, but I would need to pay now. When I went back, the lady couldn’t find my order. She had to go to the back to look for it. She came back with the incomplete anklet & asked me to rearrange it again. There were charms that I hadn’t picked out with my order. I was told I’d have to come back at 2pm. We went back & it still wasn’t complete. Once she saw us, she started putting it together. We asked for a discount, but all of a sudden she couldn’t speak English anymore, so we left it alone. Would I go back, no! Was it worth $40, no! But please experience it for yourself! Just go on your first day in San Juan just incase you have to go back...
