I visited PR last year and purchased a little old San Juan house decoration with my families last name. The owner asked I write it on paper and verified my writing as well. When I got back home out of state I realized he misspelled the name. I held on to it and just traveled again this year. His doors were open but he said he is closed for business today, I explained my situation and asked he please help me he said there would be a charge but he wouldn't do it today. I even told him I'm heading back home and he just replied "I don't know what to tell you".
