I would highly recommend Solitaire Jewelers. Their custom jewelry is simply gorgeous. What left a lasting impression on me is how Solitaire stood by their work. This is my story: I visited San Juan, PR during a Caribbean cruise. I wandered into Solitaire Jewelry. Their jewelry caught my eye. It was stunning. All of it. I ended up buying a beautiful diamond ring. However, I had an issue with the ring after I got home. I contacted Solitaire, they fixed the ring and sent it back to me. I can’t find enough words to express my praise of this place. We bought a ring there whilst on a cruise from England. Once home we found a stone had fallen out We e-mailed the shop who then asked us to return the ring and this we did Raj and his brother Christian sent the ring to America for a replacements stone to be installed Once repaired the ring was sent back to Solitaire Then the ring was returned to me in perfect condition. We were waved in by a friendly lady while wandering the streets while our cruise ship docked. Staff was courteous, helpful, and although trying to do their jobs and sell us stuff, not overly pushy. We ended up talking to Chris, 3rd gen owner (family business) for probably an hour or two. He was extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Never once did I feel he was trying to sell me something just for profit, but wanted me to love it. Many unique designs, all beautiful. We ended up buying an engagement ring and wedding band.
