My boyfriend and I went into this shop to get his ring that I bought him cleaned and when the owner Glenn Grego helped us he went to clean it and told us a Diamond had fallen off and in the cleaner which we've had had this ring clean many times and nothing has happened. He procededed to tell us that the diamonds were not real(CZ) and I know for sure that they are. He told us they weren't real that he would most happily put more real ones in four of course another fine or get us a new one. We then decided to take him up on his offer to put more in. But thought out the day I was really uncomfortable and conflicted with what this gentleman had told me so I called him and asked to cancel the order and I picked up the ring and took it to 3 other jewelers which all told me that the diamonds were real. When I went to pick up the diamond that fell out of the ring(which he didn't give me back when I picked up my ring originally) I let him know that I didn't appreciate that he lied to me about the diamonds and I wanted my diamond back and he proceeded to get very hostile with me which I didn't appreciate. This man is a very big man compared to me a 5'2 195lbs woman. I don't recommend this shop at all and I didn't appreciate how he treated me when I let him...

Disingenuous outfit. I was "lured" in because of the representation they could replicate a ring that was ground up in a garbage disposal. I had to make over FIVE -- count 'em -- trips before reuniting with what I had purchased. A lot of chicanery was employed throughout the whole process, i.e. "It will be ready in two weeks. " When I called at the end of two weeks, I was bullied with, basically, "Why are you calling?" Then there were power outages that "supposedly" hampered the fabrication process followed by an "emergency funeral" in L.A. proffered as to why the ring wasn't ready on the final date when I could pick it up!.The icing on the cake was the bogus $10,000 appraisal, nearly twice as much as I initially tendered for purchase of the replication. Really? When I got a more realistic appraisal elsewhere, the quality of the diamonds were deemed to be distorted as well as the entire karat...
