I just had the most AMAZING experience at Buckle. I was leaving the mall and walked by the store when something caught my eye. It was 8:52 p.m and the store was closing at 9. Brock walked up to me to ask me what I was looking for. After explaining to him that I had some insecurities, and wanted to have a certain look he had me dressed, paid and out of the store in less than ten minutes, with absolutely ZERO rush and feeling 100% confident in my outfit. He told me a thousand times to take my time and that he was in no rush.

What a treat ,I dislike shopping very much. Today, I had the chance to shop with some in-store assistance , from a gentlemen named Brock. My goodness, the experience was the likeness of a personal stylist. He listened to what I was looking for. He quickly ushered me into a changing room and presented me with great options. He nailed it. I went in for a pair of jeans and left with 2 pairs and 2 sweaters. Thank you much. Your kindness made my day. He even offered me his business card so I may call ahead to see if he's available to help...

I love the buckle up to date clothes , The prices are awesome due to a sale . I have bought jeans and blouses from here . The store is very clean , The clothes are all new ... Clothing on shelves or on hangers. Customer mer service is amazing . Last time I got there late and they still let me try on clothes , while they were cleaning the store . Always friendly ,never overbearing...
