Osaka Japan — Restaurant in Sandy

Very disappointed in my service. The food was great. But the heavy set guy with the arm tattoos at the register was very rude. I asked for a half and half plate of chicken and beef. I got charged a beef plate and a charge of DBL chicken that was 4.99 among some other things I ordered. I saw the charge when he gave me my receipt I let it go and told my self it’s fine. I will get some extra meat. I then got my food and it was just a teriyaki beef plate. I then asked the person at the grill where is the chicken. I shower them the receipt and the lady went and got the big guy and I told him sir you charged me for double meat instead of half and half. The lady went to put the chicken on and he told her to stop and put less because I was trying to take advantage of it. I am absolutely furious about the experience I had at your establishment. Not only was my order completely wrong, but I was treated with blatant disrespect by one of your employees. When I tried to explain the issue in Spanish—which should not have been a problem-he refused to communicate in anything but broken English, even though it was obvious he wasn't understanding what I was saying. I clearly stated what I ordered, yet he kept insisting I had ordered chicken-something I absolutely cannot stand and would never order. As someone who works in fast food myself, I know how simple it is to correct a mistake and treat a customer with basic respect. Instead, I was met with incompetence and attitude. I LOVE OSAKA JAPAN! I get it at least once a week in orem/provo. But with that being said, this is the worst location I have been too. The Orem and Provo locations have been the best so far as quality and how much they give you for what you are paying. This location asked if I wanted double meat, at first I thought that was odd, because every location I have been to before has given me hoards of chicken that I have enough for 2 meals. When I got my meal, I had less than half the meat, veggie, and rice I have gotten for the price at other locstions.
