Don't order here unless you have all day to waste and plan on going hungry. We went to the mall to kill an hour, get some lunch and play some games. My wife got pizza but I wanted a Gyro, big mistake. Even though I ordered first, I got to watch my wife eat her pizza while I waited. 45 minutes later I finally got my food, but when I got it it was wrong. I ordered a plain Gyro, but it was covered in that nasty cucumber sauce. Since we had already wasted all the time we had waiting for it in the first place I sent my wife back with it to get a refund while I went and got a piece of pizza. Rather than providing a refund he argued with my wife that that was what I ordered. She told him that she had seen me order my Gyro that way hundreds of times, that he did it wrong, but that I had already gone to get something else because we can't wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. The guy just took the food from her, threw it away, and walked away. So as we sat there and I hurried down the pizza right as I was finishing, the guys assistant comes walking up with another Gyro. I told him no thanks, I've already eaten. I am half tempted to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, but that is a lot of drama for $20. Oh yeah, their Baklava sucked as well. So basically I got the worlds most expensive small Sprite for 20 bucks. What a joke, they ruined our afternoon. Never eating...
Read moreI only ordered one chicken kabob and a slice of baklava. The chicken kebob flavor was good and the texture was good; I appreciate the fresh bed of lettuce that it was served on, that was great. Be warned the saffron on the kabob is very stainy on your fingers.
With the dessert, I was really looking forward to the slice of baklava and was disappointed when I bit into it only to find that it tasted of onions. Also that the plastic clamshell container that held the baklava smelled like meat and onions. I think the dessert was probably stored in a fridge next to meat and onions, and that the delicate phyllo dough sucked in the pungent smells of other things stored in the fridge. It was so permeated that I tossed the whole thing after only one bite. So, if the restaurant could start storing the baklava in a separate fridge, that would be awesome and I would give this place a...
Read moreMy complaints aren't fully against the young lady that was working, but more reflective on management. For example we went on an idle evening (around 7:30pm), when there wasn't too many people in the food court. There was only one employee working. My wife place our order while I went and got a grilled cheese sandwhich elsewhere. There was two people that placed an order before us. Our order took around 25 minutes, and when I got it, the employee sheepishly admitted that she had accidentally given my order to the oversized, elderly woman in the motorized wheelchair. She politely suggested that she make my order, but I refused with the thought of waiting another 20+ minutes for my order. The experience wouldn't have been bad, if they would have had more than just one employee working. She was juggling all the responsibilities, amazing employee, but extremely loaded...
