First off, I’ll start by saying I absolutely LOVE my ring. Simonie helped us back in November 2021 when we originally bought it and her customer service and knowledge all around was outstanding (which is the only reason I’m not giving less stars). Fast forward to now almost two years later, I had a small diamond fall off my band. There’s nothing wrong with that as I’m aware that these things happen. I brought it in (still under warranty) and they got me an appointment to get it fixed but stated it wouldn’t be worked on for about a week. I went a whole week without my ring and when they called me to pick it up, I was so excited. I got there just before closing time, they gave me my ring and I went on my way. As soon as I got home, after looking at the work that had been done I realized there was now another diamond missing but this time in a different spot. I called them first thing in the morning and let them know what I found and they were very apologetic and advised me to bring it back in. As I brought it back to them, they said this would be fixed right away and all my other diamonds would be examined as well to make sure they were secure. They called me a few days later saying it was ready. I went in again, this time more anxious than anything and as soon as they handed me my ring, my heart just sank. Another diamond was missing. I immediately caught this and showed them. They were just as shocked as I was and once again they apologized and promised that this would be priority first thing the next morning. I left upset (just as anyone would be) as now I’m a full 2 weeks without my wedding ring. Today they called me saying my ring was finally ready to be picked up. Walking in, I was extremely nervous on these results. After looking at my ring this time, I noticed that now the replaced diamond is pushed deeper than it was when I brought it in and it doesn’t fit smooth with my other diamonds. I asked the employees to take a look at it just to make sure I wasn’t exaggerating and they confirmed what I saw to be true. This time I’m not leaving my ring with them. I will have to take it to another Morgan jewelers if I want it fixed at this point. I’ve never been more upset, stressed and just overall disappointed in my experience with this. I took a ring in to get resized last week and they said it would cost 65 plus tax. I paid 72.25 at the time I left it (jan 5) and then got a call on January 10th that it was done. When I came in on the 11th to pick it up they told me I owed 5 dollars for tax. I explained I had already paid but they claimed I had not paid the tax on it (like that was somehow and option) I told them the previous employee said it was 65 plus tax and they said that would have been 69.49 and not 72.25. It took 30 mins or so of arguing to get out of there with out paying more than I had already. I was only able to do this because the previous employee had recorded in the system that they said it was 65 and then charged me 7 in tax. Now it is the 12th and my silver ring was sized down and the metal they soldered it with is apparently copper based instead of silver and is turning my finger green in a line where they soldered it. The solder line is also clearly visible on both sides of the ring. (I'll see if I can upload pictures)

Do not go here, they will do shotty work and try to over charge you.

Outstanding Service! I had visited a ton of other Jewelers and I was getting very frustrated with the process of buying an engagement ring.. I went to Morgan Jewelers (South Town) and was immediately impressed with the customer service. I was helped by a wonderful lady named Simone Allred! She really took care of all of my questions. She was super patient with me as I was very undecisive throughout the process. She was never pushy or demanding and I could tell she really cared about me finding the ring I wanted. Throughout the process I visited the store numerous times and she was always available to help me! When I went to fill out the financing request forms she didn't just hand them to me to fill out. She took the time to sit down with me and take all of my information. She was extremely profession in the way she helped me throughout the process. In the end, I purchased an amazing ring that was just the way I had hoped and for a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this store and if I were you I would ask for Simone to help you out. It was a great experience. 5...
