My husband purchased a raincoat for me for Christmas. They didn't have the color I liked in the store, so a male clerk suggested they order online from the Santa Barbara store...he helped him setup the account and they ordered. He didn't say it was a final sale and the total was $175...he told my husband we could exchange if size was wrong. Tonight we went in to exchange the size 10 for an 8. They absolutely would not exchange. "Katie" went to the extreme to tell us their policy was nor to exchange. She was rude and antagonistic...she brought out a guy to reinforce her stance. They tried to sell us another rain jacket in 8 bit we were stuck with the one that didn't fit. Many times she said it was company policy. She told my husband to lower his voice. He wasn't louder than she was...he was very nice considering. I will never shop in this store again. I can buy this product at other places that appreciate my business. Interestingly we immediately called customer service and they said it's not company policy and she is giving us company credit. *However. The relatively older (late 30s, early 40s, facial hair) gentleman whose name escapes me - appears to be hispanic/latine, though that is not related - was rude both yesterday and today. Frankly, it felt personal for some reason. He made me feel like I wasn't welcome at Lululemon, which I do not normally experience at other locations around the country.
His tone of voice is condescending. Worse, his way of speaking is defensive, presumptive, and snippy. Worst of all, some of his language was downright shady and rude, including snide comments to coworkers and to the apparent air.
Unfortunately, his noxious energy undeniably affected my overall impression of this store....

I decided give a chance and I bought one exercise pants and one jacket! $100ish each. So that suppose to be high quality right? on the first day of use of the pants to a yoga class, sewing pants opened!
