This place has the best customer service. One of the owners drove to our house to hand deliver my husband’s ring the day before our courthouse wedding, so we would have it on the day, rather than picking it up the day after.

My wedding ring was oversized and I was going to have it resized. The ring got a little damaged (maybe because of it being oversized) so they custom made a new ring to fit the size of my finger at no extra charge.

The process was great: they gave us a 3d picture after a few weeks, a wax model a few weeks later, and then the real thing after a total of a month or 2.
