I witnessed a deeply disturbing incident while visiting this store. A retail associate was shockingly rude and aggressive toward a customer after they took a photo of a necklace. Instead of calmly addressing any concerns, the owner demanded that the photo be deleted immediately. She then invaded their personal space by hovering over them and insisting on watching as the photo was deleted. To make matters worse, she physically blocked the exit to prevent them from leaving, which was incredibly intimidating and completely inappropriate.

This behavior is far beyond what could be considered acceptable in any situation. Physically restricting someone from leaving, even momentarily, could be seen as false imprisonment, which is potentially illegal. If the store has a no-photo policy, it should be clearly posted instead of berating and harassing customers in such an aggressive manner.

What I saw was nothing short of appalling. Customers deserve respect and a safe space to shop, and the owner’s actions were unprofessional, invasive, and downright hostile. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this...

Within minutes, she had styled me in the most beautiful outfit with matching jewelry that made me feel confident and put-together.
