I received these beautiful earrings in the mail yesterday and I could not be happier! Britt, Kerstin, Wanda, & Susan helped me at different times, yet Wanda was especially helpful & extremely patient with me: talking me through what I wanted and keeping in touch with me long distance. She was a joy to work with!!! This combination started out with purchasing the ring and adding some diamonds that I already had along with their diamonds and a Ruby. I have worn this ring almost everyday sense!!! It is so comfortable to wear due to how they squared off the bottom side. My husband encouraged me to have earrings made to match. My husband designed an engagement ring with them. I did not like it. He encouraged me to bring it in and ask if it could be changed. I was hesitant - I was worried about being judged. And I was right to worry. The salesperson was extremely judgemental. We were both perfectly nice. I didn't insult the ring or the store. I just said it wasn't my style. But they still made me feel terrible for even asking the question. It was just a high anxiety time for me, and they made it that much worse. It still hurts years later.

A few years back I bought a pair of earrings that were no longer clasping shut. Being that I'm a good 1,500 miles away, I sent them an email with a picture of my troubled earrings. I got a quick response and with just one phone call, Wanda was able to successfully walk me through the delicate repair process. Now that's a full service jeweler!
