Skyli Design is truly a local treasure. A trained metalsmith and jewelry artist, she can create any design your heart desires. I stumbled across her shop downtown after an appointment, and had the idea of getting a moonstone ring for the energy properties. I walked in and Skyli greeted me with a huge smile and kind nature that immediately put me at ease. I worked with her to pick out the stone and explained the type of ring I wanted. Her artistry and creativity knows no bounds and created exactly what I was looking for. She also handled a repair of earrings precious to me and throughout both processes was clear on expectations, cost, and timeline. She also created a beautiful silver wedding band with my husband's and I's birthstone. When I wanted to redesign two rings left to me by my mom, there was no question as to wanting to work with her. The ring came out more beautiful then I ever could have asked for, and she partnered with me throughout the entire process. Like most things these days, I found Skyli Design through Instagram and was instantly drawn to her unique style and warm personality. Skyli has been making custom handmade jewelry for four years, and I really enjoy the variety of pieces she has shared online from work she has made for clients and of her own designs.

When I first walked into her charming shop, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted; thankfully, she has ready-made pieces available for sale and for inspiration.

I loved Skyli’s vision of creating a one-of-a-kind cuff bracelet with a stunning turquoise centerpiece and delicate accent stones. She took careful notes during our meeting and provided me with a sketch featuring multiple design options for me to choose from!

She gave me an approximate turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. So much work goes into each handmade piece!

I visited a lot of jewelry shops in Santa Fe looking for one to turn a stone from a special experience into a forever memory on my hand.
