True West Gallery — Local services in Santa Fe

On our way to an event this week we stopped in for a quick visit at True West in Santa Fe, NM. It’s not on “the plaza” it’s actually a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the 5 minute walk to get there. True West is an very nice gallery, with Native American jewelry, many varieties of beautiful turquoise, hanging art, sculptures, etc. Very nice selection, and top of the line quality. Decent prices too! Share was the sales associate that helped us, and she was wonderful. She was wearing a beautiful personal collection of Lapis from Afghanistan, which is hard to find now. I ordered an expensive statue from the picture on their website only to find out after paying that that piece had been sold and that they were going to substitute a yet to be created replica by the same artist. All fine art is unique and I wanted exactly what I ordered. They gave me a very hard time before finally issuing a refund....
