Let's be honest, who doesn't like "HomeGoods"... and if you don't, you must be sick; as in the head. I hardly purchase anything that I need for my home with out first checking to see if I can find it at Home Goods (HG) or waiting another week or so and then rechecking to see if its at HG. Chances are pretty good that they will have it or will get it eventually. I refuse to pay whatever the price may be at another store when I can come here and get it for a third of the price elsewhere. What I like about this store specifically is that it is right in the middle of the West side of SAV off of Abricorn. It is easy to get into, as well as get out of from multiple directions. They always have a great selection of pasta, Marinara, EVOO, spices, holiday oriented nick-nacks, rugs, candles, pot/pans, kitchen tools, and much more. The facilities are always clean, I dont think I have seen the bathrooms dirty, beyond what you would except for a commercial bathroom. They are actually pretty good. The people who work at this specific location have always been quite nice and helpful and had patience with shoppers that were not exactly the most well mannered of human beings. I told my wife that when they were doing the renovation a few years back that they were putting in a coffee bar. The only drawback to this facility is that they never took on my suggestion. Other than that, enjoy. Oh, if you can hit the store up earlier in the day as they can be pretty busy noon and on... from my experience. I'm sorry, I dont have any pictures, but damn-near everything in my home...

Dear HomeGoods Team,
I visited your store yesterday specifically to purchase Tupperware and was genuinely excited when I found what I was looking for. However, my experience at the checkout counter was quite disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable.
As I was preparing to pay, I politely asked the cashier if there were any discounts available. Instead of providing a simple response, she repeatedly questioned me with, “Why do you need a discount? Do you see any discount?” Her tone felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. I explained that I was simply inquiring about any in-store promotions, but her attitude made me feel embarrassed for even asking.
While opening my wallet to retrieve my card, I briefly set down two Panera chip packets that I had purchased earlier from a different store. When she asked if I had anything else to bill, I clearly told her the chips were from Panera. Despite this, her expression and behavior made me feel like I was being suspected of stealing, which was incredibly upsetting.
Although I was excited about the products, the treatment I received made me feel unwelcome. Ultimately, I chose to leave the store without making my purchase.
HomeGoods offers great merchandise, but it’s equally important to provide respectful and welcoming customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future shoppers don’t have to experience the...
Read moreWow! In these days where subpar customer service seems to be the new American experience, Tanya and her team deserve 10 stars for providing such excellence in the customer experience. We received the customary warm welcome you received at Home Goods and many other stores, but it was so much more than that. I have a fake ankle and Devin saw me struggling with a large painting from a different department and immediately put down the carpeting he was going to hang and randomly came over to take the painting to the checkout counter for me! It was a big shopping day and Savannah, McKenzie and Tabitha all followed Devin with their own special, all-star ways that said "You matter to us and we care that the beautiful items you are taking home to make your abode even more lovely are delivered with a special touch which attaches to your memory of the Home Goods day with us."
Obviously, only a dedicated manager who consistently leads with a strong work ethic and excellent cognitive/interpersonal skills can build a team like that. It was not a surprise that Tanya did not want to be mentioned in this review, but wanted to make sure her staff was mentioned. Great job everyone--excited for all our new house additions with great memories!
added to the all-star team in the their own ways really exemplifying what...
