I ordered online today at 6:24 pm. My fiance went to the location to pick up the order. When she asked for the order, she was responded with an employee just pointing at a bag. She left the location only to find out that the 2 cookies we ordered was not in there. Therefore, I called the store. When I called the store, I was given a greeting that did not even say what who I was calling. I informed the employee that I did an online order and was missing my cookies. She told me that my fiance was suppose to pick them up before leaving. I responded to her by informing her that the other employee did not inform my fiance of such and she asked that person for the order itself. She responded that the other employee did so because it was our order. I stated that she would have grabbed it if she was told and just stated that I would come and get it. The employee stated with a whole attitude, "PLEASE come get these cookies!". This is not how you treat your customers. If it is an online order, you would think that all items are included in the bag besides drinks and chips. Most other sub places does this. You are receiving this 1 star for this service and treatment that we faced from your employees today. Only after trying to order online and the turkey bacon ranch was not an option on the website, so i called a few times and couldn't get answer. When I showed up, she asked if I had an online order, I stated no, and she told me they are only taking online orders right now. I proceeded to tell her that i had tried to order online and what I wanted was not available, and that I also called and no one answered. With me standing in front of her and another employee currently sweeping the floor, with no other customers in the restaurant, she proceeded to tell me how to get online and place the order.... No thank you. I am here now, "this seems very difficult", I said... no offer to make the sub, so I left. If it was peak hours and they were short staffed, i get it. There was no one! Read moreI requested no Mayo on sandwich which was entered incorrectly. I told cashier it was wrong. She told sandwich maker. Drove all the way home to close to Burnside Island and gagged because first bite had Mayo. What if I had had an egg allergy but just an extreme aversion to Mayo. I drove all the way back to Abercorn location for refund. No apology from shift leader. I asked for manager but No manager on duty. They refunded me cost of sandwich but I requested a gift card in addition to the refund for my trouble, time and gas money I had spent for the refund. They called owner named Chad Weaver and he refused to compensate me for gas cost/my time I spent on dealing with this. Big mistake.
