This location has a UPS drop box. UPS delivered a phone to this location from me pickup. I called the location to confirm the delivery of the package after receiving an email telling me it was already picked up. The store manager informed me that some guy with a ball spot, clean face, and around the age of 46-50 came into the store with supposedly a printed copy of my picture ID saying he was picking up the package on my behalf. I asked the manager what did the picture ID look like, she replied I don't know what you look like and the picture was in black and white and wasn't clear. I asked; so you trusted printed copy of a printed ID even though you don't know what I looked like? She replied he knew your name. I told her just because someone knows my name doesn't mean anything. How you let someone pickup a package with a printed copy of a ID? The thing that puzzles me the most is how they knew I had a packaged being delivered at that location. Did the U.PS driver tell one of his buddies, did one of the store employees tell someone and had them...
Read moreFirst I have shopped at Michael's for decades and never had a problem ever! Unfortunately, I went to Michael's to return something & was treated appallingly. I don't remember ever returning anything. So I wasn't sure where to go. I went up to the cashier that wasn't helping anyone, but chit chatting with another employee. I said, "do you make returns here?" several times while they both ignored me. Then when someone got in line, they finally answered that I would have to walk around the store and get in line to make a return! WOW! So when the "lady" had finished waiting on the other person, she still wouldn't call me to her register. Another cashier called me and the moment I walked up, the "lady" calls for someone behind me. I can completely understand if I had tried to jump in front of other shoppers, but no one was in line. Michaels needs to make sure their employees aren't enforcing rules like crazy hall monitors. I think, I suddenly prefer...
Read moreI went to Michaels a few weeks ago for some water beads. If you do not know what water beads are, they are like acrylic beads that swell up in water and are used in ornaments. What I did not know was that before you let them set in water and swell up they are small little grains that look like raw sugar grains. Well, I had asked a cashier where they were, and was she point to an aisle and I walked over and uselessly look around. By the way, water beads do not say water beads on the bad. They say something like ornamental beads. So, I did not even know that were what I needed. So, I bounce around the store foolishly for awhile and finally decide to ask someone to help me. The person I asked happened to be the store manager. She was very kind and helped me find them. So, thank you for helping me. I also posted a few pictures of water beads. Very pretty and not so expensive to make an event even...
