Smoothie King — Restaurant in Savannah

I came inside the store and it was a young lady by herself. There was no line she may have had an online order but I was the only customer in the store. I ordered a pineapple spanish smoothie. The smoothie was made pretty fast. The young lady did not greet me if she did it wasn’t pleasant. But I know she’s young so I overlooked it. I left and got back in my car. I began to taste the smoothie it taste watery. I have been getting this smoothie for three weeks straight and it did not taste the same. I went back in and I asked her what she working by herself. She said yes I put the smoothie on the counter and I ask if she can make another one because that one taste watery. I wasn’t upset I wasn’t angry nor did I talk in an unpleasant tone the young lady looked at me with a look as if I was bothering her. She asked me did I want a refund I said no just another smoothie. She called her manager to make sure that she can do that. So the manager is telling her what to do she had to go to the Register to waste out the smoothie I brought back. So she’s making the smoothie the manager is telling her what to do and then I hear the manager say it’s “OK I hate people to.” The young lady had her manager on speakerphone. So I replied back I love people for God is love and the young lady quickly took her manager off speakerphone. When she finished making my smoothie I taste the difference. I love smoothie king but I did not like how they handled the situation and for me to hear the manager say she hates people because I wanted my smoothie made over is beyond sad. I will not go to that...

Please explain to me why this location is almost ALWAYS out of stock. How does a smoothie king keep running out of straws? Cups? Fruit? Ice cream? It’s always something. And if they have all of the ingredients, chances are they don’t have any change if you are paying with cash. (Which you are only notified of after ordering) I ordered a 40oz Hulk online today and when I picked it up it was only 3/4 full and they were out of straws again - only the little ones you can’t even use. And it tasted terrible, it was missing either bananas or ice cream or some other ingredient/ingredients. It tasted like ice and protein powder. They were clearly out of something but served it to me anyway and didn’t say a word. This location is right beside my job and that’s the ONLY reason I go there…but it’s so bad that I’m about to stop going completely. Whoever is in charge needs to learn how to keep an inventory. It’s ridiculous. And lastly, don’t count on them to be open on time. Give them at least an extra 30 minutes to...

This is probably one of the worst smoothie king’s I’ve ever visited. I work in close proximity to this location, so I always go in there. All experience has been AWFUL. The attitudes are insane! Last week, I ordered $50+ worth of smoothies for my office. I arrived 45 mins later (I walked from my office) and 4 of the 5 were ready. I stood in the store for almost 20 mins waiting for the last smoothie to be fixed. All five of my cups were nasty, smoothie leaking from the top ( lids were half way off). I asked for extra cups (top fix the issue myself and one of the young ladies graciously helped, while the other one walked away with an attitude).
