DO NOT COME, THE REVIEWS ARENâT LYING TO YOU AT ALL !!!! Today was my second time coming into this establishment, after just coming in a week ago. I make sure I read reviews before I spend my money with any business. I notice majority of the reviews says the customer service is bad and they donât greet people at all not even when people walk in. They know when people walk in because the door slams very hard and loud. The first time coming I wasnât greeted at all, even when my food was ordered I had to speak to the young man as if I was taking his order to get him to open his mouth. But I let it slide because it was my first time and it was more people in the building besides me and maybe they were busy but thatâs no excuse. Today for the second time I was the only one in the building besides the older man cooking and he was the one to take my order. I wasnât greeted when I came in at all. He looked me in my face numerous of times and I stood at the register close enough for him to know I was ready. I waited 5min before he said anything to me. And take my order and if i ask for a burger and I donât tell you to take nothing off and I give you add ons that means I want everything plus what I added on. He only gave me what I added on so my burger wasnât what I wanted but I didnât even feel like going back in forth with the man. And his customer service is so poor I just left it alone and being Im a women and the only person in building at the time. the burger looked good & was good but still. the customer service is so terrible I will not be back. Iâm good on that and Iâm starting to think these folks come from the halfway house. If I could give no star I would. Customer service matters and they make you feel uncomfortable. So, funny story... It's my birthday in a couple of days and I thought let's try to order online from a place we don't usually frequent and it's Friday night on a holiday weekend. This was doomed from the start. LOL Ordered 3 burgers, 2 shakes, 3 funnel cake sticks, 1 Mac & cheese bites, and 1 drink. We got 3 delicious burgers, 2 half finished shakes (1 was the wrong flavor, but my son said it was good), only 2 funnel cake sticks (my husband said his fries were enough), no Mac & cheese bites, but we did get one drink. Since our fridge just stopped working, we were happy to all have a cold drink and a warm burger. My husband picked up the order (which was already paid for online) and said they were short staffed apparently only two people showed up to work. While he couldn't say they were overly friendly, they were polite given how tired they probably were with two hours left to closing. And they got a bonus since our missing food was more than $15 worth of products. I took a few photos of some of what we got. The funnel cake sticks, a brownie shake, and a customized single burger(mushroom and Swiss cheese with extra American cheese). For the inflated prices, thrown together food, I just can't say it was worth the hours it took me to earn the money to order it. BUT, I commend the people that showed up to do the job they agreed to do and question the management or corporate policies...    Read moreTerrible customer service . My little sister and I went and placed an online order for curbside pickup. We were waiting past time for our order to be ready, so instead of calling since we knew the phone would be ringing off the hook due to the increase number of online and over the phone orders because of the Corona Virus, my little sister went inside to kindly let them know we were outside and that there was no rush and that we simply wanted to let them know what kind of car we were in since there wasnât a place to say when we placed an online order. In return, she only got attitude from the manager. I am pregnant and was feeling really sick so I asked my sister to ask for a courtesy cup of water, she went in again and asked for a cup of water. She was instead given an empty cup and was unsure of where to get the water, so she asked where to find the water and received attitude yet again from the manager and he didnât even answer her question. Just nonchalantly pointed to where the drinks were as if saying to âfigure it outâ. She got the water and got the food and brought it back to the car. The order was incorrect. She went back in to let them know and she got attitude yet again from the manager. He simply told her orders get messed up when customers rush them. They were not being rushed at all. We both understand the situation our world is in with this pandemic and was being courteous, instead we get attitude multiple times as well as a messed up order when we waited...
