Well I am a frequent shopper. I am in there at least once a month. Ive recently moved so I now live 55 minutes away but I still choose to shop with y'all. I came in yesterday and I will probably never be back. I was ignored from the time I got in there and usually that wouldn't matter but I was Christmas shopping so I needed alot of different items from behind the case.. well not only was I treated like an inconvenience but one of the items I asked for wasn't in a plastic wrap so I simply asked for the one behind it because it was a gift so I wanted it to look new.. especially in a pandemic.. well he looked at me and said, "does it matter".. 🤔🤔🤔🤔 umm apparently it did or I wouldn't have asked.. so I went down to Sunset novelties instead and got exactly what I needed with amazing customer service. the black employee with the blue hair and broken arm threatened to ban me from the store and asked if i had an attitude when i replied no I dont have a problem, im just uncomfortable. I dont live here you dont need to ban me. she followed us around the whole time we were there and asked us what we we doing there rather than can i help you? or are you looking for something? she made me feel so uncomfortable due to looking for something private for my life but she had to be up by business the whole time, rude and then threatening. I have enjoyed coming here when I visit but will not be returning if she is there. The worse sex store I've been to by far. Half of their products actually work, and the other half are straight ass. I bought a vibrator that was not tested out. 30 minutes later, I took it back, I told them it doesn't work. They told me they can't do anything about it. Then they called the manager and she said that I can spend my money on another toy, and get 10% off. Waste of my $45....
